Everybody at the Roseville Enterprise was not only accommodating but they went over and above to pick up my car because I was hospitalized I've always used Enterprise but I tell you I will not go to any other one but the one in Roseville each and every person I've ever dealt with there which I dealt with many has such class and such knowledge and just take great care of you excellent customer service

Somebody red weave was all over the floor floors and doors was still filthy the rental wasn’t as clean I told them this 30 mins after I got it I had to leave outta town for my event and I was very unhappy knowing I went out far which is Roseville the manager say it’s a rental last Monday we even found teeth marks in the back seat that’s ridiculous this wasn’t what we signed up for and what do you expect it’s not like your responsible that’s not the point my issue is the van wasn’t as clean there was a mark on the outside they call they self trying to clean it but I felt it was rushed the floors wasn’t even clean and my family shouldn’t have had to experience this I told guy this when I got there and he rush like he was getting it prepared because we told them we was giving dirty car in past but this is unacceptable in the manager I spoke with last time wasn’t to Helpful

Rent a scam. I can't recommend any enterprise specially not location in less afludent neighborhoods they rent vehicles with tires that have 30% life left always trying to up sell you on some added nonsense you don't need.That's all standard industry practices unfortunately what sets the enterprise on Gratiot rd in Roseville mi apart.They've figured out a way how to double charge you yet there will be no transaction record left on your card because the charge will show as pending and then it will disappear but so will the money from your account.My Total was supposed to be $1201 they charged my account twice for $1201 but the second charge left no record definitely a nice inside hustle of scam they have prefected because when you call your financial institution to complain about it there will be no record there ,You have no proof your money is gone there's nothing you can do.

I use to love enterprise, but this recent rental I had was terrible. The car wasn’t clean inside or out, not even a full tank of gas. Not to mention the car had a light humming noise when u drive/start to come to a stop, I think my car had a bad wheel bearing. For the price I paid $760 for a week I won’t ever rent from enterprise again. 12mile & gratiot location needs to do better.

Manny and Jack and the young man who drive me back to the dealership made this a smooth and pleasant experience. They demonstrated very upbeat attitudes while being Very helpful. The Roseville location provided top notch service.

Went in to rent a car and was met by the branch manager. He told me my total was over 400$ for a one day rental when my reservation stated my total was just over 100$. He didn’t mention there was a deposit until I asked why the total was different. Then gave me an attitude and was unprofessional when I asked him if he could lower it since it’s only a 1 day rental. He implied that he could lower the deposit but that he was notGoing to. Seemingly unprofessional and discourteous.
