Cubeit Portable Storage - Utopia

Called in and was able to get delivery pretty quick. No issues whatsoever, had the pod for 4 months in my driveway. Each month received communication about my billing. When done I messaged and they came and picked up as requested.Very pleased and would definitely use them again if needed.

The company originally placed the unit in a spot that was nowhere near where I wanted it.Now they refuse to come and get it until I pay for another pickup charge (I already paid for 1), and continue to charge my credit card as if my rent was continuing, even after I asked for my card to be removed from file 3 times.The customer service was terrible, telling me they 'heard me', but then completely dismissing my comments. Further to that, the agent seemed way more interested in 'first call resolution' than actually fixing any of the issues, and repeatedly told me ' yes sir, I want to resolve this on the first call'I can not say this loudly enough, do not use this company under any circumstance. They charge you even when your service is complete, and further to that charge your credit card that you asked to have removed 3X.I have officially launched a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau

Customer service has been fantastic every time I've called and emailed. There was a billing error, I had to reschedule my pickup, and quoting was quick and easy. Will definitely use them in the future. During busy times, it can be difficult to schedule something and my feedback would be to deliver/pickup on weekends during busier times. Maybe some drivers would be willing to work OT and customers may pay a premium for weekend service?

Was great storage on driveway. Drop off and pick up were scheduled promptly. Great service.

Storage cube was delivered on time, and the price was exactly as quoted. The Costco cash card was an added bonus!

Used two Cubes to store and move recently, everything went without a hitch ;-) Received accurate sms with approx drop off and pick up times. Customer services always helpful and personable. Drivers very friendly and helpful too. Even received a couple Costco Gift Certificates.
