Literally thee worst “company” it’s one guy who showed up in swim trunks and flip flops. The second he got his money he stopped responding to me and left my house with windows unfinished. He still hasn’t responded and it’s been almost a year! Would not recommend to anyone. Now I have to pay someone else to finish the job.

I would not recommend this company. He installed our windows through November and into December. Said he was finished except for installing two patio screen doors which he said he would do the following weekend so we paid him in full. In the Spring we noticed some windows were not caulked. Upon further inspection, there were nine windows not caulked or capped. Called him numerous times but just kept getting empty promises to show up. Kept calling right through to the end of April when he stopped answering my calls completely and in some instances, turned his phone off. In May I contacted another installer. Not only were my windows unfinished, my patio door was installed below the sill plate and water was running down the wall between the brick and the exterior stud wall of the house. After paying Daniel Ritchie in full, we had to pay another contractor $2,000 more to finish and correct his work.

Took our money in February and has yet to bring a window or do any work. And won’t return calls or messages

Daniel was hired by the Co I purchased my windows from to fix the terrible job of caulking and aluminum finish their installer had done. Daniel came 2x to check the caulk waiting for it to cure bf removing it and when ready he came promptly and removed all the bad caulking, recut all the aluminum to fit flush and then recaulked the windows within 2 days. He did an excellent, clean looking, professional looking job. The 1st job he was fixing was horrible with blobs of goopy caulking, cracks and holes and improperly cut aluminum. Daniel was polite, very accommodating, cared about his work quality and was punctual. I would Def. Refer him to friends.

Daniel and LASK crew did a GREAT job on all windows and doors installed. Clean professional and very punctual with a great price and a positive personalityWould have this company back to my home again and would recommend this company to all family and friends and already have!

Daniel replaced 7 windows in my home, he did an excellent job and was clean, courteous and a nice guy to have around, he went above and beyond on the installation and I would highly recommend him.
