Unbelievable customer service, in the best way possible! I've ordered a few times from Unity, and it's always been a great experience.This last time, I accidentally ordered local pickup instead of having it shipped, as I'm located ~300km away. The owner, Humza very quickly, personally reached out by email because he had noticed that it was quite the drive for me to make, and was wondering whether I had meant to be picking up while in the area for other reasons, or if I'd simply made a mistake, which I had.Not to mention the fantastic selection of brands and products, which seems to be growing quite quickly lately. When I first decided to start making modifications to my Civic Si, I figured I'd be paying very high prices to get things shipped from the USA, so it's absolutely fantastic to have a Canadian company that sells great stuff out of their own shop!

I met Humza and Thusee and the rest of the Unity team a couple years ago when I was new to the car scene. Unity’s customer service is unparalleled! I initially found them online looking for headlight tints for my car, but after meeting them and chatting for a bit I knew that I’d be back for more! From cosmetic pieces to performance parts, Unity Performance has always got me covered. I purchased majority of the parts on my car from Unity as well as covered almost all of my inquiries with the Unity team. I can hit up the team whenever I need to for inquiries, placing orders, or any other related items. I look forward to seeing the business grow over time and can’t wait to get my hands on more parts for the car

Excellent customer service: I chose the pick-up option without realizing that the store was further than I expected. To my surprise, the owner reached out first and notified me that he would be in the area so he could coordinate a pick up nearby instead. We had a hiccup in the pick-up plan, but he was super accommodating and re-coordinated for a drop off instead, which saved me a far trip out to pick up the part myself.

Great customer service and good pricing. Humza is a stand up guy and you do find that anymore. I've bought all my parts for my Type-R at unity performance including my beautiful 27won exhaust. I have no complaints.

Unity Performance is one of the fastest growing local stores I've seen yet. The owner Humza I'd an awesome guy! He's very helpful and doesn't try to upset you for his own benefit, if he feels the part isn't for you, he will tell you and try to recommend something better. Humza has an awesome team growing as well, I can say Andrew and Thusee get my blessings to work on my car, as I usually do my own work. If you want honest opinions and work done, then Unity Performance is where you NEED to be!!!
