It’s difficult to even give this clinic a one start review, they truly deserve none. The receptionist is so disrespectful and rude, the doctor is always in a rush to just get the patients out and none willing to listen to any problems at all.

This review is for the children’s clinic. They never pick up the phone. Ever. You cannot go inside to see anybody as they lock the door. They just don’t want to see patients. Always 20 people standing outside trying to get in.

I can’t get why there so many negative reviews. I came in Walk in with OHIP number only. Very nice and attentive receptionist. Of course that took me waiting around 2 hours, but I have option to spend this time outside the clinic. The doctor seemed also high qualified, gave me all examinations what I needed.

I've been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. The staff is wonderful. Sure it gets busy which is expected but they are doing the best that they can! Dr. Boland is so nice and Monica is too. They are thorough, attentive and listen to your concerns. I'm grateful to have this clinic near me. Thank you.

The wait..ugh! But it is a walk-in, so charge up your phone and sit back and wait. If you were expecting In and service, think again.The staff is very courteous and pleasant, which I found unusual for a Walk-In. They apologized for the wait but handled everyone in a professional manner.Good job!

Quite an awful experience. As new immigrants in search of a family doctor, we got a reference from the Ontario government and after calling them they told us to come at 9:00 AM on Sunday. After reaching there, we found out that the clinic was closed and no one was answering our phones! If the clinic was shut why was the appointment given? Needless to say, we will have to search for another doctor now after this poor experience. Not recommended, even if they're expecting new patients.

This place is totally a waste of time . I came in the morning to make an appointment for evening.The lady at the front desk said that I should call at 3 pm to make an appointment.I called them at 2:55pm the lady who picked up call said call at 3 .Then ,again called at 3 and no one picked my call it went to voicemail for like 10 times .Then, I came at 5:30 pm to this place the receptionist was so rude and was not ready to talk at all and said registration is closed for the day. I was trying to explain her the situation and she was totally ignoring and said now it’s 6 pm. Like what’s my fault I did what the staff told me to do. They are working in healthcare field and have no sense to talk to the patients .So disappointed at their service

The staff here are nice enough but really incompetent...the doctor wrote down two problems even though I told him problem #1 is already resolved, resulting in the specialist rejecting the referral because he couldn't handle problem #1. Clearly, the doctor wasn't paying attention.When calling the staff for a new referral, I had to repeat myself at least 5 times as they kept passing on the phone, no one knowing what to do until someone senior finally took over. Despite my proactive followups, the rewritten referral was never sent; Westway claims they faxed it twice but the specialist's clinic claims otherwise.The staff there were polite but I'm afraid that's not enough to run a clinic without baseline competence. I had better luck seeking medical help on online clinics such as Telus Health, Maple, etc.

My mom has been going to this clinic for just over a year. Since the beginning she's had the greatest experience from reception to doctor. Thank you for always treating my mom with kindness, respect and care.

The staff at this clinic were extremely helpful and kind throughout my recent visit. The nurses, reception, and Dr. Pejman Nourian all worked diligently during what appeared to be a very busy day. During all of my interactions with the staff I felt my needs were addressed. I'm glad I chose Westway Medical Clinic.
