Tool Rental at The Home Depot
Waisted over an hour in the tool department for one of the only impact drivers they had in stock. To first not see a soul working that department, then I asked for the manager who explained that one driver is buried too deep that I cannot get it !!?!? This is the worst Home Depot !

We’ll I’m here at 6:15am which their website says they’re open at… which they’re not. Called the store (because the store was open, just not the tool rental) and when I was trying to get someone to help me I go rudely told, no one is there and hung up on.Now I will have trades people waiting around for an hour.
