Subway

No Ac in hot summer day. Staff don't know how to manage and react when more than one person orders. Waited 10 minutes for ingredient and please put a smile on face.

I ordered footlong sub through skip the dishes today. I literally ordered a chicken sandwich with a lot of veggies but what I received was just a subway with few pieces of chicken and 2-3 leaves of spinach inside. I felt like I was eating a flat bread which doesn't even fills you up. Later on I tried to call the restaurant and nobody picked up the call. This is the first time I ordered from this location but I was not expecting this service, it spoiled mywhole day at work

The black girl she’s so rude with me and with my sandwich. She’s doesn’t put a spicy sauce because i asked her that i want buffalo chicken and for the mozzarella cheese she’s told its extra.Don’t go for this store.They are so rude

Three of us ordered the foot long beef brisket sandwiches. We got them toasted. We immediately sat down to eat and the sandwiches were all ice cold?! I took my wife's sandwich and mine up and asked the girl to please zap them for 60 seconds. She took them outback and then returned. Both sandwiches were still cold?! (cheese not even melted). We gave up and took them home where we zapped them and finally had hot subs. Why do two employees not know how to heat subs? This was May 10, 2023 at about 5:20pm. Store was not busy. I regret tipping 15%. This was Subway on Bremner Avenue downtown Toronto.

I was there yesterday pm and asked for a dairy-free sauce as I’m lactose intolerant, and the lady didn’t seem to care, she told her colleague to give me the goddess sauce, I asked her directly if it was plant-based coz it looked very creamy, and she rolled her eyes and nodded with exasperation. Well thanks for one of the worst stomach-aches I’ve ever had since last night. It appears like the main ingredient of that sauce is a “creamy yogurt base”. I’m not used to eating there, but that was for sure the last time.

I visited there yesterday. Customer service was horrible. The girl who was preparing sandwiches, was not changing her gloves. I ordered veggie one, she was using the same gloves which she was using for preparing non-veg one. When I asked her to change gloves, she was acting so rude as if she is a princess of somewhere. No knowledge of food safety regulations. I would not prefer it anytime. I would have given no star but there is no option for it. Extremely unhappy with that service. Poor serving.

The behaviour of one of the employees at this Subway branch was very poor, resulting in mistreatment and food preparation that is against Subway policy. I bought from this restaurant 2 days in a row (Saturday and Sunday) and was served by the same team. On the first occasion I was served by the employee in question and told him to cut 2 one ft subs and wrap them individually, for which he told me that I have to pay extra for this. There are no signs or disclaimers of this surcharge on the board making it impossible for me to know of this. Is this a company policy? If so his way of informing was rude and completely incorrect. I took the subs as it was given (without it being individually wrapped) and noticed that it was difficult to share in the setting I was in. Next day I went back to the same Subway and ordered 2 subs again. I was being served by a different employee and when I requested him to wrap the first sub, he did it. For which the employee in question jumped in between and interrupted our conversation and yelled that I must pay extra. Mind you I had already payed for my two subs. This was infuriating since one employee was willing to wrap them separately, but another person came in-between! We ended up in an argument and I requested for my money back. He shouted that I cannot get refunded and when I asked to see the manager, he told me come back next day. In the middle of the argument I didn't notice that they did not add any cheese or sauce to the second sub even though I had requested that they make both of them the exact same way. Instead they threw both of them in the bag and handed it to me. It was only when I had returned to my family that we opened the bag and noticed that one of the subs was completely bland and it was not possible to return back to the same Subway location since we had already driven away.

Customer service was really good. The Manager name is Sonia . She is always trying to give her best . She is very helpful & cooperative.
