Literally the worst nail experience ever.. I wanted to get my nails done for graduation and I had a specific color I’m mind but the lady thought I was dumb or something and decided that her choice of color is better for me... also wanted coffin nails and they came out tilted and not symmetrical... once I was done I was waiting for my ride and noticed that the nail bed wasn’t smooth at. All. So they had to re-buff the nails back. The nails came out looking like absolute garbage. I was on the verge of crying but tried to play it off as if the nails were beautiful but holy cow I payed $65 for garbage on my fingers..very root some ladies..2

This place is always busy. Staff are very accommodating and are friendly. However, they seem to rush the service to accommodate more customers. My nail polish didn’t even last for 5 hours and it’s all messed up. Paid $50 and Very disappointed.

my friend recommended this place but it was not worth it. No greeting and they were all talking to their own staff . It was my first time getting my nails done by professionals and he had hard time getting it right. This experience was not good. Really suggest the staff can be more friendly and engaging with the customer while working not other staff.

Terrible terrible experience . I would give it less than one star if I could ! The worst nail experience and customer service I’ve ever received was at this place . I highly advise they you do NOT go here. No consideration for your appointment Tim they will leave you waiting for half hour. They made my fingers bleed even though I advised that I was in pain they did not listen. I was there for over 2 hours for a gel manicure and my nails turned AWFUL AND UN EVEN I asked for a pink colour and and short . They couldn’t even do the simplest of requests . Do not recommend to anyone !!!

The worst service I have received . My appointment was for 5:45 they didn’t take me until 6:10 and when I had asked for cuticles and gel nail set they did an awful job and they didn’t even do the cuticles properly as they cut me on 4 of my fingers. They had the audacity to charge me full price for a awful job and horrible service my nails are not even even or look the same. Would highly not recommend anyone to try them !

Rosie is 100% the best nail tech in Barrhaven. Acrylics or dip, I would never go to anyone else for my nails, she is so incredibly talented and so kind. This clinic is so clean and professional, and the environment is so friendly and amazing. Every member of staff I’ve had for my pedicure has been so amazing, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

This is the worse of the worse. These people should be investigated on what they really do. I went there last week on Wednesday and they did a terrible job. The workers there they speak their language and talk about you in their own language. All you could see where eyes looking at you. The guy who did my nails did a very terrible job. The girl who did my pedicure she did not even do them nicely. I would not recommend there service to anyone. The girl said the total was $90 when I was done the guy punched $95 plus tax I paid $107. They steal just like that. So be careful if planning to try them out. Worse nightmare ever. Getting your nails done for a preschool party is okay not for an adult NO.

First time here and will be my new fav place! Excellent service and accommodated me as a walk-in. Tried shellac for French manicure for the first time and it looks great. Extra touches: exfoliating scrub for less, hot towels for feet and a nice massage for hands. Ask for Vanessa.

This was my go to place. The quality has been decreasing lately and today will be the last time I go there. I wanted medium short nails when the gentleman cut my first had it was a little short but not to bad. When he cut my other hand he cut them shorter so shortened the first hand making the nail extensions pointless. I asked for French tip with a sparkle colour and my ring finger A solid colour. I picked a grey and blue, he changed it to grey and green and painted my entire nail. When filing the nails they are uneven and not straight at all They are also suppose to be square and I have rounded tips on one side and square on the other side of tue nail. This is by far the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. I am extremely disappointed
