Their quality of work is the best, fast drying times, they really work on the stains to make sure they remove them. Their technicians are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Best service I have received in ages from an in-home service provider! Making the appointment was easy (since we used the service before) and the person booking our appointment was very friendly and grateful for our business. The day of the appointment they were punctual (called when they said they would to confirm arrival time) and service provider came on time (in the window specified). The staff person was super courteous and provided outstanding service. He described what he would be doing and put covers on his shoes (love that!) and also protected the areas in the house leading to the room where the hose would be rubbing on walls / corners so they would not be damaged. The room smells amazing and I will definitely call Citrus-O for my next carpet cleaning.

I've never felt more disrespected by a commercial service in my life. This is my honest/full-hearted opinion. I had a cleaner that was having a bad day/life and decided to take it out on my couch. It was really uncomfortable, where I felt unsafe in my own home.

Kyle Gleig is very friendly and explained the cleaning process. I am very satisfied with the exceptional service he has provided. The removal of pet stains off my carpet was a surprise to me. He did an amazing job. I would hire and recommend Citrus-O to anybody.

The carpet was really wet when the service-person left. As time passed our brown carpet gradually faded terribly to an ugly orange colour on part of the stairs and the upper landing. In fact, our carpet is ruined. The service was done more than a year ago and the fading has continued to the point where will need to replace our carpet. I know it's probably too late to get Citrus O to remedy this problem but I want people and the company to know that their product and service person have destroyed our carpet.

We had our carpets cleaned a few weeks ago. While they appeared clean immediately afterwards, within one to two days they appeared very dirty again, despite us following aftercare procedures given to us and not walking on the carpets with shoes on. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the carpet clean and concerned as to why the carpets are appearing to hold onto dirt more so since the cleaning and in fact look dirtier now than they did before we booked the clean to be done. It makes me wish we never booked them to be cleaned. We have used carpet cleaning before and never encountered this issue and for the price we paid (almost $400) I would expect clean looking carpets for more than a day.
