Doctors as well as staff members were very kind, they were able to accommodate a last minute request given the urgency.Dr. Sharman is polite and correctly diagnosed my issue after careful assessment. Would highly recommend visiting the clinic and specifically Dr. Sharman.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to in Toronto. I have seen Dr Powar and she is really great. One of the best doctors I have seen in Toronto.I have been to a lot of doctors here (including family physicians) but I have rarely seen any doctors who are actually concerned about the patient's health problems, doing thorough tests and are truly being helpful in finding the underlying issue (rather than handing out tylenol for everything or just waving you off until you are dying).We definitely need more doctors like that!

The walk-in here was great! Very efficient and great to book and appointment.The doctor was very down to earth, helpful and patient.

I don't see this as excellent service at all. Very limited days when doctors work if you need someone specific. Can only make an appt. one week in advance, so if you are trying to schedule further than this you have to call back. Unable to make an appointment on line without a whole host of limitations. Sorry, but this is not customer centric. The doctors may be excellent (I don't know) but the administrative process is poor. While I appreciate there is probably a whole host of logistics going on in the background in terms of doctors working at different sites, etc., the workload of trying to schedule an appointment is on the patient. I'm only writing this because they market themselves as top notch and clearly they may want to rethink their processes.

Terrible docs over here. Quite surprised they have gotten such a good ranking. My husband came to visit a doctor and complainted about his gut and pains he experiences for quite a long time. The response he got: take stool softener for the rest of your life".NO further testing

Dr Powar and the entire team, particularly Roya, are fantastic. They’re very responsive and have gotten me in for testing I’ve needed. Roya responds to my needs immediately - we are all so blessed by her work ethic and compassion . As a runner, I’m on top of my health and I’ve depended on them and they’ve always come through for me!

The staff were very welcoming and kind, they are on time and can get you in quick, the chiropractor dr phil was professional and informative, would go back again

My wife and I were out of town and needed to consult with a doctor. The video chat consultation was very helpful and the technical part was simple. Upon our arrival to Oakville, we were treated with kindness by everyone we encountered. All of issues were cared for in a professional, efficient manner. We are so grateful to the team at Infinity Health Care! Keep up the great work!

IF Looking for a walk-in - DON'T GO HERE. Arrived at 9:09am (9 minutes after opening) and was told that they have reached their walk-in quota for the day. Gave me a reason that they get a lot of referrals and the best they could do it tomorrow. I don't understand if you advertise walk-iin clinic" then you should accept walk-in's
