Very clean and busy subway, totally different to those in the city. My sandwich was great and the staff were nice. Plenty parking too

I was at the Sutton location this morning and ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I was told by the employee that technically they weren’t allowed to put any vegetables on egg sandwiches. He would put 2-3 options maximum. It was really bizarre I’ve been ordering egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches for years at various subway locations across the country and I’ve never heard this rule. In the end he put whatever I want it on the sandwiches reluctantly. They ended up being really good but I don’t think I’m gonna go back to that location again. If this is not a rule the staff there should be trained to know otherwise. I search the Internet and I didn’t find that rule anywhere in regards to Subway. In fact it said you pay extra for me to put vegetables are.unlimited.

Fast. Efficient. Good selection of subs to order from.The rotisserie chicken is pretty good but needs sauce else it be too dry I feel. The tuna is also great.Only improvement that's needed is sometimes their veggies are a bit mushy, they need to change them out sooner.Free parking available. Dine-in also available. Fountain drinks.

Horrible hygiene. My server sneezed near the food and immediately began making my sub. That same sub made me feel bloated and sick after and currently has my boyfriend throwing up and sick.

This place was one of the best ,cleanest subways I have ever been inBig enough ,suer fantastic AC and organized .Its about 100 kms away from my home but 100% i will get back here

We have ordered here before, and it’s been hit or miss. But this time it was pretty bad.My husband’s sandwich was hard as a brick and I watched him hard chew each bite and swallow as if sawdust was in his mouth. He even complained of the sandwich hurting his throat in the way down.We have both worked for Subway before in the past (obviously not this particular shop but two completely different ones) and we know how the food is done. And this must’ve been old bread that was used for him.I even ordered two Chicken sidekicks for my two girls, cuz they are very particular and won’t finish even a 6in sub.Their sidekicks would flattened and smooshed. It looked like bread from a clinched fist.Never made a complaint until now. And this is the worst we have ever received from this Subway.

Literally the worst sub way we have ever been to! I ordered a salad and it was a quarter full and when I asked for more dressing after he just drizzled it over he rolled his eyes at me. They are the chinsiest subway ever ! My kids and husband got next to no toppings on their subs aswell! And they spoke in their own language the whole time we ordered! Very disappointed and will not ever be back

I once ordered 2 rice bowls online for pick-up. The staff did not follow the instructions properly (i.e., added tomatoes when not chosen, did not add cheese when chosen, etc.)
