Absolute garbage of a place!!!!!!Terrible. Save your time. They forgot to process and test certain work for my whole family. They didn't even call us to tell us about this issue.!!!!!I called to let them know and their system doesn't allow you to reach them over the phone.Save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else.

Staff are extremely professional and friendly. Clean and well-lit lab. Went in there for regular blood work at 8.40am, wait time was only 5 mins.

I went there to do my blood test and I found out that there were 3 people working at this Dynacare branch. They are all rushing to do their job and Still have time to show their smile with their customers, thanks a lot to Jonalyn who took care of me at that time. Keep up the good work.

Beware you have to pay $4 parking cash or credit cards only, no debit. When I was talking to one of the “nice” lady in the reception area (who also took my bloodwork gently), suddenly one lady jump in to our conversation(bad manner) and she was so rude, and I feel insulted…for sure she need customer service training. I will never go back to this location.

I had an appointment for 10:40 today. Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the lady that served me, she had red hair and glasses. Fantastic customer service, she was polite, smiled, made me feel at easy and comfortable. She should be train the trainer person becuase of her right attitude and approach !

They close at 1 pm and I arrived at 11:30 am. They have a sign at the door that an appointment is required and won't take walk-ins. They had no pacients waiting and they wouldn't take me. I asked if I could book an appointment now and they said no, for next week only. They sent me to a Dynacare 5 kms away (Bathurst and Steeles). I called Dynacare general phone line and it says in their FAQs that no appointment is needed anywhere for routine lab work. I guess they just didn't feel like working today.

Staff (especially the front desk ones) were very rude, they seemed to be annoyed or in a rush, and rolls their eyes you're gathering your stuff. Getting a 3 star because the process did go by really quickly and the nurse who drew the blood was more pleasant to deal with.P.s., parking is $3 for first half hour, $2 afterwards, $10 for the day.
