Crude Strength and Performance
This gym is like no other. They welcome you with open arms and everyone is very friendly and encouraging. No matter what skill level you are, if you want to lift, this is the spot. They are open 24/7, great location by Avenue coffee so you can get your caffeine fix, and they have really cool equipment for strong man training that is really fun to spice up your regular workout routine. Another big bonus is they are home to Integrative Training Systems Personal trainers, Val and Anna, who can help you get those summer body goals! This is a hidden gem I highly recommend :)

Love this gym, usually pretty easy to get in not many crowds. Gym owners are awesome and so are the rest of the gym members. Everyone is very supportive and friendly regardless of any fitness goal that you've set for yourself.

Great gym! The owners are very nice and welcoming, as well as all the others working out here. It has lots of strongman equipment as well as everything for powerlifters. Best place in town!

Only powerlifting and strongman gym in Fort McMurray. Great people and equipment. Open 24 hours - with membership you are given a key fob. Several current competitive powerlifting and strongman athletes train there.
