I had to cut a mirror in two dimensions. Had great service...work done right away at an amazing price!!! I even got some wild garlic to boot. I have already sent two friends there! Thank you again!

I grew tired of the big bulky full handle pieces that were installed by another shower glass company. I contacted M&T Glass to remove the old shower glass system I had for so many years and to install new panels and new hardware. Perfect fit. No leaking. Very modern look!Most happy.

They had great costumer service and stock for hard to find pieces. I went to Home Depot, Lowes and Rona - none could help. M and T Glass had the missing pieces for my shower door base. 5 minutes later I walked out the door with the piece cut down to exact size. Without them, I would have been toast.

This company has serious issues, avoid them at all cost. It is difficult for me to write this, but out of sheer frustration and loss of money and time, I am writing this as a warning to everyone. Avoid M&T Glass. I asked them to replace 3 glass panes in 3 windows. This has been ongoing for 444 days!Here is the Timeline of events.1) March 1 22 I contacted M&T2) March 2 22 M&T books on-site appt.3) March 8 22 M&T shows up to measure4) March 14 22 We agree to the job and pay 1/2 $5) April 28 22 Request for an update6) May 31 22 1st Window Installation Day.A window installation fineB window is cracked on installC window wrongly measured7) July 28 22 Request for an update8) July 29 22 M&T tells me glass will arrive August 8th and to expect a call shortly for installation.9) Jan 20 23 I write a strongly worded email demanding my money back and explanation. I get a call apologizing explaining they have the 2 remaining windows for installation.10) Jan 25 23 2nd Window Installation DayB: window installation fineC: window wrongly measured again11) March 19 23 Request for an update12) May 19 23 With no answer from M&T Glass still. I'm writing this review to warn others to avoid this company. 444 Days!

My name is Dr. Rashmi and I work at the University of Ottawa. I offer a mini-enrichment course in Chemistry for students in grades 8 and 9 and as part of this course, we do an experiment that requires glass plates. M & T Glass was incredible! I contacted them by phone and was asked to make the request for the plates using the form online. I completed the form and asked for 20 glass plates that were polished so that students would not be injured. M & T Glass called me within 24 hours and within another 24 hours, called me back to say the plates were ready. They donated them for the students! I was absolutely astounded! Their service is fantastic and they are exceptionally kind and friendly people! I would go back to them any day. Interestingly, on a separate note, my husband purchased a glass table top for our wooden table and it is fabulous too! Thank you M & T Glass and all the staff!

Buyer beware! They will take your money but won't deliver service. Paid deposit in early February. Came early May to repair windows,but brought wrong parts. Long story short, never came after that. They ignore emails, and when you do talk to anyone, they promise over and over again that they will get back to you asap and never do . Went personally to office and Ken promised to get back in a few days. That was mid May. Crickets.

Terrible customer service. They removed our wood folding closet doors and were to put mirrors on them in Oct 2022. Paid the deposit. Didn't hear anything back. Emails and phone went unanswered. Finally went to the store, and managed to arrange an install date. Installers came and did a good job. A day later one of the 2 mirrors started to crack. Had a terrible time reaching anyone to get them fixed. Finally get them to come out and remove the doors to fix things up on Nov 3rd. Never heard back. Managed to get the cellphone number of the operations manager, Moe. Spoke to him, and he said everything was OK, that they were waiting to make sure the adhesive was holding.Never heard back. Called him again in January, 2023 asking for my money back. He then made an appt to install the doors. They never showed. I have just emailed them demanding a refund. If I don't receive the refund within two weeks, I will go to small claims court, asking not only for a refund, but for the costs for me to replace the closet door, since the one they installed the mirrors on is no longer usable.I would never recommend this company to anyone, given the terrible customer service. The usual excuses I've seen here 'supply chain issues' are not relevant, since they have the doors completed.

I have given Ken and M and T glass a five star rating from my experience with them yesterday.Ken was fantastic and very knowledgeable.They cut the glass on my picture frame and tray to perfection.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Dealt with Ken and Maddie on Friday. They were quick, friendly, kept a conversation going and extremely helpful with what I needed . Both smiling - customer service was just what I needed on a Friday after a long week. Highly recommend.
