I was in town for business and stopped in. The walk-in humidor had a awesome selection compared to what I am used to. I grabbed a couple sticks I had never tried before. The staff person I had the pleasure of dealing with was awesome. He is someone who actually smokes cigars and actually knows what he is talking about. I really appreciated his knowledge. It's a great store and I will definitely stop in again next time I am in town.

Wow!! Kevin & Kane were such a great help! I'm so happy to find a store, that truly accommodates my specific cigar needs. I recently made two ST Dupont purchases, and they were both fantastic with ensuring I receive what I ordered, in impeccable condition. As well, considering I'm in Eastern Canada, they were very accommodating, with prompt delivery and followup. I'll be making all my cigar and accessory needs only through this store in the future. Although the cigar shop is elegant, with a walk-in humidor, well dressed employee, and located in old trendy Gastown, the prices are around $5-8 dollars more expensive than the local competitors, for the same product. Simply not worth it.

I highly recommend cigar connoisseur to anyone. The owner, Kiarash is extremely knowledgeable ,professionally and very attentive to your needs. They have an incredible vast selection of cigars.However, for me the most important part of my great experience was not only the cigars but the great interaction with Kiarash.I had to repair my father’s vintage DuPont lighter. I was very nervous since I had to send it to DuPont in Quebec for repair. Kiarash guaranteed me that the lighter will get repaired and returned in a perfect condition.Well not only did he return the lighter in a perfect condition but also he went out of his way to text me for constant updates. Service like that is rare in this city and I really appreciate itI truly believe that kiarash is a very trustworthy and honest man. And I truly appreciate the fact that the repair was quick and well done. Great job!!! And thank you. I am a client for life!!!

Great selection, great service, and reasonable prices. The place is spotless and everything I have bought from here has been of very high quality. It also genuinely feels like he appreciates his customers, which is more than I can say about some other places. I always enjoy making the trip here.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, and only recently I realized I’ve never left a good review in recognition of the BEST cigar and tobacco store in town. The owner and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable for as long as I can remember. They do carry a wide range of great quality Cubans and non Cubans alongside with a great selection of tools. I genuinely believe this is a must stop shop for cigar smokers.
