Very rude and unprofessional. Sherry will cuss you out if you ask any details about the loan, I think she just doesn't really know what she's doing.I received a quote and called for more information, Sherry was very rude and said I already emailed you this." She did not break down the price and hid a 450$ 'finance' fee that she wouldn't not have advised if I had not have brought it up. When I asked about the hidden fee I got a very rude and short email (which is her specialty) saying "I'm not with the finance company

Just an overall bad experience with this company , stayed with them and payed way to much for too long and the women i dealt with was always somewhat obnoxious and did not really seem to know what she was talking about half the time. I recommend toronto dominion , i got fully insured for less money than J.W and that was for a simple liability plan.
