Service was amazing. I was shopping for a cargo box, and the discussions with the knowledgeable staff were helpful in understanding the advantages and differences with each. They even tried a couple different options on my car for us to get a feel for its appearance and accessibility. Will definitely recommend!

As soon as I walked into the Rack Attack store in Ottawa and looked around I realized we'd be walking out with a bike rack. The selection was vast. With the help of Jakob we found the perfect rack for our three bikes. Jakob installed it for us and demonstrated the rack's features. He even sent me an e-mail the next day describing the proper method for operating the locking mechanisms. I would highly recommend this store because of the large selection of racks, the knowledgeable and friendly staff and the exceptional service they provide.

I remember my first purchase with Rack Attack back in March 2015. I was living out West in Saskatchewan at the time with a truck equip with RAMBOX ,I needed a custom solution and the team help me out, ended being a Yakima Bedrock system. Fast forward 8 years later and a few other purchases from different Store locations accross Canada ( Cargo Box, Thule TracRac, Tie Downs, Roof rack) with Rack Attack, many miles later, now living in Ottawa and again the local team step up this month to help find parts for my Bedrock purchased in 2015 in Saskatchewan. Parts came in quickly and was able to repair my Bedrock before our next camping trip.
