[11/30/22 9:15am] Just spoke with the rudest agent ever. I had booked a car pick up for my executive online (Senior Vice President of one of Canada's big 5 banks) and ended up needing to cancel. Went online to his account to cancel and the the trip to find that the status read Cancelled". Today

Be careful at the airport, I was a solo traveller and was directed toward them by an agent when I specified that I was looking for a taxi. The driver then told me that he has to drive a little bit before taking my address, I was then charged an excessive amount and saw on the bill that this is a limousine company not a taxi. Not really ethical.

Terrible and untrustworthy service, picked up from the limo line at the airport with my golf bag. Driver charged me $83 for what’s always been a $65 ride from the airport. When I questioned him, he struggled to find a reason, then finally said it’s $65 + $15 as you have an oversized luggage. I have NEVER heard or been charged $15 extra for a luggage. Besides $65 + $15 = $80, not $83. I knew he was not truthful but not worth my time to argue. Also the car was a rav4, not exactly a limo either. Sad thing is I would’ve tipped to be similar amount. Left a distaste. Be warned!

Be extremely careful of this company at the airport. Ask to take an Airline limo and not this company. I was significantly overcharged by this company for a trip downtown.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Dispatcher was very disparaging and yelling at us last night. We just cancelled 2 ride and our corporate account. Find people that actually put the customer first

This is the worst limo service I have ever used and I have been using limos for over 30 years! The man who answers the phone is one of the angriest and rudest individuals I have had the displeasure of dealing with. He actually yelled on the phone when I asked for the anticipated time of arrival of the limo as he could not say exactly due to the recent storm, despite the fact I had a plain to catch! I was also overcharged. I will never use this limo service again! Just terrible!

Dispatcher is horrible. Will tell you one thing and do another.If you're on a tight schedule consider alternatives or be prepared to call frequently.

AVOID!!! Terrible drivers!! One nearly caused a MAJOR accident on the 427 trying to zip in front of me multiple times and was brake checking me while I was driving a car full of heavy equipment. They would not signal (or signal at the very end of cutting me off), were blinding me with their highbeams and almost drove right into my car several times (they only did not because I swerved into another lane to avoid hitting them).I would honestly report them to the police, but they used illegal filters over the license plate making it hard to read so the only info I have is that is was a company car for this company.I seriously don't know how this person got hired for a driving position but I would not trust this company at all if they are okay hiring people like this.Would never trust this company to get me from A to B safely and would never recommend to anyone else.

So disappointed in my choice of limo last night leaving Pearson. I went to the 'Limo line', only to discover when I arrived to my home, that I had ridden with Zahany Limousine, who charged me $76.00 which is $15.00 more than the Airport Limo we sometimes take. What was highly deceptive is that this car was parked in the same line where we would typically find an Airport Limo ($61 for our trip).Ironically the driver complained about how Uber has stolen much of their business and how their owner who is apparently worth $120 million was set to lose $20 million. Wow!I accept my poor choice and will definitely be more vigilant in the future... probably sticking with Uber and asking the price before I ride!! Disappointed...
