New Town Glass Ltd

We needed a new glass on our storefront. Called New Town Glass and they came to take measurements the same day. Within a few days they had the custom glass built and ready to install. The installation was seamless and didn't affect our business hours.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I should of trusted my gut from the second Chris came to my house to measure shower doors and mirrors. He left dirty greasy sweat marks all over my walls. I gave him a deposit check the same day he measured. He called me 3 weeks later and said he needed the deposit to put the order through. Then he said he forgot he had it in his wallet. I placed my order on May 10th. After weeks of calling Chris or the office no one knew where my order was. Chris kept sending my calls to voicemail. Finally 8 weeks after I placed the order, the installer shows up with half the mirrors missing and the shower glass was chipped. We sent it back. Chris told us it was a manufacturer problem and he would order it asap. After following up with him, he of course forgot and put the order a week later. He told us the new order should arrive within 3 weeks. At the 3 week mark we started calling Chris and the office. We were promised it would show up the following week. We message Chris the following and I HAVE NEVER BEEN MISTREATED LIKE THIS. His text message responses were absolutely disrespectful and completely vulgar. Google will not let me post screenshots because of the vulgar language Chris used.We finally got a hold of someone at New Town that got our glass and mirrors installed, 4 months later!!! The delay ended up putting our baseboard exposed for longer than expected. We ended up with water damage. Chris was absolutely atrocious to deal with, the product came damaged, the headache and frustration were completely avoidable. Stay away... spend more if you have too. DO NOT BUY OR HIRE NEW TOWN.

Our new shower door is great! New Town Glass was prompt with all communication and installation was very professional. We received quotes from three companies, and this was the best value. Highly recommended!

We wanted to install some glass railing systems in our office to modernize the look and get rid of the old metal ones. New Town Glass was the only commercial company that responded quickly. They presented us with a professional proposal in 48 hours. We gave them the job and we are very happy with the way it turned out.

We were in the market for a new shower door for our remodeled master bath. We had been to all the home centers and kept seeing the same models. Plus we would need someone to install it. Then we discovered Prime Glass. They had dozens of beautiful custom shower doors available plus they did the installation too. We got exactly what we wanted and in a few days it was installed. We love it.

I hate giving bad reviews but I want to save others from having the same experience that we had. Initially, the response from New Town was prompt, the price good and the timeline better than other shops in town. Seven months after our quote, they finally finished the install of our shower door, and we still had to settle for a smaller handle than quoted. To say that we've been frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. I truly hope that New Town is able to fix their problems. Until they turn things around I cannot recommend them to others.

New Town Glass has a very high quality product. The owner is very hands on and sees to it that everything is done correctly and on a timely basis. His designers and installers were very professional. I am very happy with both glass shower doors I bought from New Town Glass.

Just had frameless shower doors installed by New Town Glass. They were probably the nicest people we've ever had come to our house to do work. Very polite, very clean, and really personable.

I am repeatedly super impressed with this Company!! New Town Glass has replaced over 20 windows and doors in my investment properties and I plan to use them on a future project of storefront installation! These guys are a pleasure to work with.

We recently installed a glass shower guard in our bathroom. Both Kevin and Steve were extremely responsive and informative. Kevin came by to do the measurements and the installation was ready in less than a week. Thanks for the great service and product!
