I wasn't even able to manage the 2 heavy doors on my crutches ...their was no automatic door button so I gave up. No body was even insight to ask for help! Frustrated!!!!!!!

Pharmacy is slow employees are rude

The pharmacist (Heather) and much of the pharmacy staff are not interested in helping people. I finally had enough of the short responses, lack of compassion, and passive aggressive comments and behaviour at this location. In a province where health care is already terrible, we need more caring individuals who are willing to help.

This pharmacy regularly does not have medication on hand when promised. I understand supply chain issues. However, when I call to confirm all medications are ready for pickup only to be told they are not when I arrive, this is frustrating. And even more so when staff tell me “it’s ok the rest will be in soon and you can pick it up in a few days”. I don’t want to make repeated trips EVERY MONTH!!! Inform customers if there medications are NOT ready for pickup when there is a delay

I had been going to this location for many years and found the majority of the staff to be friendly. Mind you a few of the staff in the Pharmacy Section were not to friendly and didn't like to be taken to task on anything they done. Some of them you dare not question. Things came to a head on December 30th, 2020 when I received a call from the Manager of the Store Heather Seeley who advised I wasn't welcome in the store anymore and they couldn't fill my prescriptions anymore. On asking her the reason why she replied (The staff didn't feel comfortable with me hanging around the store and waiting to get my prescriptions filled. I Asked why and her reply was I guess the stress of Covid19 and everything) She then asked is there anywhere you can have your prescriptions transferred to. I was caught off guard and couldn't tell her at this time. Since that I have tried unsuccessfully to get an answer as to why I wasn't allowed in the store. I have spent thousands of dollars at the store and felt I should receive a proper response as to why rather than give me veiled accusations and no response. Her attitude to say the least has not been very appropriate. Having failed to get an answer I will be asking my lawyer to follow up. My advice to anyone going to the store to be aware of what might be on the Horizon from this manager.Ellsworth PenneyMount Pearl ,NL.

The store needs updating and a better parking lot.

7 hours to deliver one prescription? Unacceptable....and when I called looking for it, they weren't friendly, nor did they bother to call to see where it was. Then I called again and they said within 30 minutes...and hour later still nothing. This Shoppers is the worst location for any prescription service!
