Very dirty needs good management

Called to ask questions about hemming pants. They told me they don't tell prices on the phone and hung up on me MULTIPLE times and then proceeded to yell at me in Chinese. SO RUDE AND AO UNPROFESSIONAL, don't waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprised by the negative comments; I’ve been taking my cleaning to Mulock Cleaners for over 10 years and have always found them to be extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Those that say they had a negative experience appear from the comments to be pre-disposed to the idea that they would have a negative experience dealing with a Chinese store owner. Yes, they’re Chinese and yes, at times they’re hard to understand but as far as the service they’re providing - DRY CLEANING - they’re top notch!!

Very unprofessional !! Permanently damaged my $350 sweater and then tried to convince me the black stain was there before i gave her the sweater. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Terrible customer service, never coming back there! The lady/owner started yelling at me and was very rude to me because I took the time to check if they cleaned my clothes properly (after I found the stains left on my trench jacket). So I just wanted to pay and get out of there but she kept yelling at me and I couldn't take it anymore, so I left her cash, took my clothes and ran out of this place. What a nightmare!

WORST DRY CLEANERS ...EVER!Brought in 6 shirts, they lost one, damaged one and didn't clean one.

have been going to them periodically for over 10 years when i need something dry cleaned and shirts washed and pressed. prices are reasonable. Female owner is very kind and sweet… Younger gentlemen is abrupt and not as talkative/friendly but they get the job done!

Was just in this place and the guy was an UNFRIENDLY MANNERLESS #!#! . Never said hello Never said thank you.... sullen frowning. Was great about 4 years ago..HORIBLE now

I would give 0 star if possible. The recipient is ridiculous. It was my first time here, they didn't press my jacket at all. It's all wrinkles. I asked the lady, she first said she steamed it. Then she said the material is like that, would never be straight and neat. I told her I had it for years, I had no problems at other places. Then all of sudden, she started saying my jacket was cheap made in China cloth and all stuff made in China were like that. I had no idea where this racial hate come from. She is a Korean by the way, and my jacket was a thousand dollar Burberry fashion jacket made in Romania. I don't want to bite a barking dog. But I won't come back for sure, and I'd like everyone know my experience there. All I asked was a service I paid for.
