One of the few jewelry places I can honestly say I trust and put my faith in ! The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. I can whole heartedly say that they helped me a lot with the picking my ring for my very special person . Not to mention their deals can’t be matched , I guarantee you won’t get a better deal anywhere else ! Definitely would come back here and definitely recommend to stop and have a peak at the many treasures they have to offer !!!

No clue about the jewelry store, but the watch repairman is ridiculously overpriced (on the edge of being a crook). $100 for switching out 2 batteries. Ridiculous.My fault for not asking him first. Live and learn. Don't trust that guy.

I most certainly was not happy with the exchange. It was the worst piece of jewellery I have ever received. The inclusion in the ruby was so large it looked like it was cracked. I took it to another store and was told the ring you sold for $400 (on sale) was worth maybe $200. I felt what we did get in exchange was not worth what we had in credit but I just wanted out of the store In my opinion your advertising was false and we were ripped off. Your staff was initially aggressive with us and not very helpful. You were yelling and making a scene and I just wanted to leave and never return. The entire experience was dreadful.
