Nirwan did an amazing job . They arrived as stated, ensured to get approval of product before starting . They did a walk through afterwards . They cleaned the whole site .If you are doing a Reno , new build , seriously consider hiring Nirwan . I am so glad I did !!

Awesome team! They were able to replace the whole house flooring in less than two weeks even if we requested to include the main floor last minute. They have extended their work hours just to complete and finish it quickly. Very skillful, kind and good people. Very responsive to calls and texts. I recently got carpet covered area at my home replaced with laminate flooring through them. They did a very good job with great finishing. They were very professional and was able to get the job done very quickly than what I had initially expected. I would definitely get in touch with them for any future flooring work.

Quality craftsmanship, timely delivery at a great price. We engaged with Nirwan flooring after seeing their work from a referral. We called Nirwan to visit our place with a few flooring samples to give us an free estimate. Once we finalized the floor, Nirwan guys took our existing floor out on a Saturday morning within a 2-3 hours time. This visit was followed by a day long installation on the weekday. Laminate, underlay and baseboards on the main floor, and vinyl on the landing area, plus moving the appliances - all was completed within 6-7 hours. We started on a great foot with Nirwan and had excellent customer service by the owners. Unfortunately, I felt it was my due diligence to let other potential customers know about our experience. We were told that our floors would be self levelled if needed (they needed it) it’s a home from the 80’s, and now we are left with uneven floors in areas and the worst spot being in the kitchen. My husband is an experienced carpenter and was told by the installers the floor didn’t need it; and if it did they would add more glue instead. Well they definitely needed it and they did not add more glue.Not only the levelling, but the nosings are far from custom and it took two trips back to finally admit they couldn’t fix them. They all look different and instead of trying to fix them they just slapped paint on top. As for the custom vents, we spent $800 and the majority are crooked.We were refunded partially for the nosings and vents, this was after their employees came back and admitted things were done poorly. We did have to barter for this money back which is crazy to me?! They had no intention of fixing the leveling and now as a young family we are on the hook to fix this? This was a 21k investment and I have yet to hear back about the levelling.Not only this, but pencil marks and glue were left everywhere and never cleaned up.
