Try not to every use this appraiser. I did not do my homework and nearly did not closed. This man under value a brand new built cannot help to think if our ethnicity played a part in this. We had to reach out to the builder's agent who contacted and he under valued our home he submitted this information 2.30 pm on our closing date after he was paid 3 weeks before our closing date. Micheal irrespective of our colour and ethnicity we have the right to live anywhere
