My family has been taking our vehicles to Chans for a few years. Rui , Manny and staff are honest and trustworthy. The work performed by Chans is First Class and reasonabley priced. Unlike many other Auto Centres and Oil Changers, they never try to sell you something you do not need. Always a pleasant experience dealing with the good folks at Chan's

My go to place for car maintenance and repairs. Manny will always communicate what work is necessary and what can wait.

I've been to most of the mechanics shops in Brampton. I even tried a long running establishment called Mecracken. They were thieves. Napa shows you everything, down to the last details. I take all of my families cars there. No. 1 in my book

We were preparing for a long trip and had an issue come up with our van. The crew at Chan's fit us in on short notice on a Friday and helped us get back on the road and safely home. They were a big help. There service was clearly explained and friendly. We're very appreciative of their service.

Rui, Sandra, and Manny are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever met. I was involved in a collision a few weeks ago and Manny helped me through the situation. The shop went above and beyond every expectation I could ever have. From dealing with overly pushy tow truck drivers, to dealing with the insurance company they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. When there was some miscommunication with the insurance company regarding the rental vehicle and it needed to be returned before my vehicle was fixed, Rui made sure that I had a vehicle to get to work. I thought they would be getting a rental for me but they actually lent me THEIR vehicle for the day wait in between!If I could give them 6/5 stars I would.They are honest, friendly, hardworking and trustworthy people who do an amazing job! If you are looking for a car repair shop in Brampton, I 100% recommend giving Chan's a shot.

Chan’s is the place to go for worry-free car care! So helpful and I'm very grateful! Tried to get plates off my car because they were peeling and bubbling needed to be replaced but the back one wouldn't come off. Took it over with no appointment ( I live across the street and I take my car there for other stuff) and they got the plates off and then put the back one on again for me once I got the new ones (the screws were damaged so it was beyond my DIY abilities). Then they refused payment. It felt like a real life saver since driving around without plates wasn't really an option and I wasn't sure what I was going to do otherwise.

My rear brakes were making noise so I went to this place for repair. After an inspection, the guy gave me a quote which I didn't liked. So I decided to look somewhere else. The guy asked me to pay $88 as inspection costs. I told him that this is too high. He scaled it down to $70...thank you. At the end he handed over an invoice and asked me to sign it. It was kinda strange. I read the whole thing, which appeared pretty normal till I got to one line which said that I would be responsible for damages resulting from driving the car in this condition. He was of the view that the car is not drivable whereas it certainly was as I was driving it and it was braking fine. I didn't signed and left. He was clearly trying to pressure me into getting the repairs done from his shop! The next day I got the repairs done for much cheaper from Canadian Tire

This is my third visit and I am completely satisfied with the service done on my vehicle.They will be my first choice in maintaining my vehicle.I am completely satisfied with the service provided.They are punctual and take the time to explain what has been done.I would recommend chans to anyone who is looking for a reputable business.
