Handles & More was a great place to explore for handle options not normally found at big box stores. We are very happy with the handles we purchased for our kitchen and mud room (the Skylight pull).That being said, I am quite disappointed in the company’s return policy. We took several months to complete our renos and bought pulls of various sizes while we were in the decision making process. I went to return the handles on Monday only to find out that the return window is just two weeks!It’s surprising to me that Handles & More would not stand behind their product for longer than two weeks knowing that many people take months to complete renovations and make decisions. I can understand if the product was no longer in stock, but in this case, the Skylight pull is quite popular and still in stock. Beyond that, the company’s hours are very limiting for regular working adults to actually be able to make a return. Both my husband and I work full-time and need to pick up our daughter at daycare, so without any weekend hours, we were unable to make it to the store anytime sooner. Now that I am on maternity leave (due this Friday), I finally had the opportunity to bring the leftover handles back. Apparently, they will now be open on Saturdays starting this week, but this did not help in my situation.Unfortunately, now I am out $450 after spending over $1450 with the company. Be aware, there are no exceptions to this return policy! Handles & More will not be receiving return business from me.

Decided to replace all hinges and slides from a recent kitchen renovation. Jesse was fantastic from start to finish. I had lots of questions and a few hiccups and they took back everything that didn't work out no questions asked and ordered other product to try and resolve the issues I was having. At the end of the day I got a great price and super customer service and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to others. I was in the old store years ago and this was a far better experience.

Found handles here that I was not able to find anywhere. Beats the box stores, there are so many choices, staff is very friendly, hard to find these days. Here is the finished product ! Highly recommend, we will def. contact this place in future to see what's new in their product lines :) thanks!

This is NOT the old Edmonton Trail Handles & More that we loved & trusted! Special ordered hinges & plates. Stopped in earlier in the week to pick it up. I was given the correct hinges & the wrong plates. After trying to install, returned today to inquire only to be told I was given the wrong plates! No apology or so sorry for the inconvenience & all our wasted time, instead was challenged why I was disappointed about the screw-up?!? Seriously?

Great place, always my first place to go. Last time I went they didn’t carry what I needed but the gentleman behind the counter actually googled and found a place for me that was close and carried it…who does that nowadays!? Thank you very much.

If your looking for great customer service, fast order fulfillment, personable staff, look no further than Handles & More. I had been researching and looking for knobs and pulls as part of our kitchen remodel and it was extremely difficult to find what I was looking for with supply chain issues and other COVID related delays. Then I happened upon Handles & More and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shout out to Jessie and Jennifer thank you for your quick, confident and enjoyable conversations.

Found my replacement hinges, that match 100%. Looking at amazon price, 60.99. These guys had a price of 20 dollars for a set of 2. They're awesome. Great on the phone, and great on the emails. I sent in the pictures, and they did all the leg work... so awesome that we have these types of companies in Calgary to lean on. Highly recommend them... cheers
