Not impressed. I thought I booked with Hyundai dealer over the phone as I had been to location previously few years back and was pleased with the service... I arrived only to find it's not a dealership anymore but the staff still said they work on cars still with same techs and fluids. My gut was telling me to run away fast, but I made the decision to leave the car behind with a list of repairs and the coolant leak was my priority when I booked it over the phone... Some of my requests were check and report cost for approval... Some jobs as easy as an oil change to a rear brake service a couple light bulbs and check the rear shocks on my old Hyundai, Santa Fe. Now by 11:30 I called to get an update as they hadn't reached out to me for any further approval of the shocks, they told me they hadn't diagnosed it as yet. I had authorized all repairs except the shocks which I wanted prices and time permitting first... So they wanted to 0hone me back later... This phone call took till 1:30 and all they had checked was the oil change drain and replace... Wanted to know where they could find the wheel lock so I told them... They wanted to start the brakes around that time and my main concern was the coolant leak. Knowing in my head they are running outta time to complete maybe even this I re-stated the coolant leak was my priority... And hour later they call back and said that it looks like it's coming from the thermostat housing and it might be a gasket but not sure until they tear it apart and they couldn't as the parts are not available for a week or so, so we discussed abandoning the repair attempt to focus on the brakes, which they did. I waited back at the garage around 3 or so and was told they are close... Maybe half hour or 45 minutes to complete. I paid my bill around 4 pm with 2 fog light bulb replacements, a drain and replace engine oil and a brake job... When I ask for them to break down the charges they stated that they were charging me for a quarter hour to tell me what I already told them in the morning about the coolant leak they couldn't attempt to fix which was the main concern for going to the repair shop... Shop rates were reasonable but service was very very sub par and I was forced to schedule an appointment 5 minutes away that could get the parts I needed in 2 days... I do not recommend this garage for auto service as this is not there main business save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Trust your gut like I should have... 8 hours for an oil change 2 fog light bulbs, and a rear brake job. I was charged for the hours they worked but felt the job was neglected, and stretched out the entire day and the jobs not prioritised in the least. I thought they may not have time for all the work I had on my list but since I was there I asked to check with me for the bigger job of the shocks, which they never did price out for me as they day time hours ran out, and I needed my car... My 3 star rating I feel is still very generous at best... When I questioned the service counter about the charge for the time to tell me my engine was indeed leaking where I told them it was... They reluctantly removed the small fee after I said I would just pay the fee and give a Google review about my experience... I was asked if it was enough to get a goog Google review now and I stated I only give honest reviews... So here it is...

Staff are very pleasant and respectful !Will do extra if necessary.Very comfortable waiting area with TV and wifi..Professional and efficient!

While travelling between Saint John and Presque Isle Maine my engine light came on. I stopped at Corey Hyundai in Woodstock and they fit me right in ..changed my oil and filter and checked my tire pressures for me. Now that is great service! I just wanted to make sure all was ok and since it was close to an oil change...they did it on the spot!! Great service Corey Hyundai!! And thank you!

Had a great experience buying my car here. Staffs were friendly and very welcoming. They were lighting fast in providing all the requested details and delivering my car.

Service is good..Can't say anything but good about the dealership.Just the vehicle I bought( 2012 Santa Fe Limited) is a piece of garbage. Seems like everything is braking down just right after the warranty expired.(Alternator, A/C Pump, Remote Starter, Engine stalls...and more...) Vehicle is absolutely not worth the price I paid for.So that said...No more Hyundai for me.

Huge shout out to Corey Auto & Recreation! They went above and beyond to help me when my sled blew up on the trail, no fault of mine but an unknown manufacturer issue. From the initial call for help, to the new sled and even after calls to check up. Thank you so much guys!

The service department is amazing. Been going here for over 5 years and they did a great job with both vehicules we had in that timeframe.
