I would recommend this dental practice to everyone who are looking for excellent workmanship and extremely accomodating staff. All in all a first class practice.

MISLEADING PRICE QUOTES!!!!I have no health care coverage so I have not seen a dentist in many years. I decided to make an appointment with this office and found the receptionist really lovely to deal with over the phone. I was asking for a quote on the price and she laid everything out for me and ended up quoting me about $150. I was blown-away with how affordable this was going to be and excited to start taking care of my oral health again! Once I arrived I had to wait due to an emergency but was eventually seen by the oral hygienist who had great customer service and then the dentist for about 2 minutes while he gave me some spiel about avoiding acidic foods and drinks. Once I was ready to pay my bill it was over $300 and I was floored. I then got some run-around about all of the extras I was charged for and how the quote is just a base-price but it really can't be determined until they see the sate of your mouth. Well that would have been nice to know BEFORE I got in the chair. I do not by any means have horrible teeth either- they actually complimented me on my teeth so I am unsure how the state of my mouth" more than DOUBLED my bill. I was so upset that I never returned. I understand there is no cheap way to see a dentist so a little bit of honestly and being up-front would be appreciated and that is all I really ask from a dentists office. WOULD NEVER GO BACK!"

I’ve been a patient for years. Absolutely a great staff and Dr Bensimon is a caring person who wants you in the best of health. I highly recommend him.

Great dental office! Always able to meet the dental needs of our family of 5, including emergency visits. Kind, caring and knowledgeable staff.

I went to the dentist for a cleaning and everything was going well up until she started flossing, she put the floss under my permanent retainer and for yanked out two out of the four adhesive glue bits I had in my mouthI set up an appointment and they proceed to tell me that it was Because the wire was loose, I immediately was confused, if the wire was loose wouldn’t the hygienist would of said something or said “hey your retainers loose I’m not going to floss behind here”After that they then proceeded to tell me that it was “gunk build up”Again with a new story they told me that it’s probably because I grind my teeth (I never grind my teeth in my life awake/sleep)I proceed to tell them the story that it was yanked out and the assistant immediately belittles me, dismissing whatever I had to say.The charge of grinding off the leftover adhesive and applying new ones on (not replacing the wire) came to $300I went home and they called me again & said that what actually happened was that the floss got stuck on the glue and yanked it out.No compensation was offered, I paid $300 for something I didn’t even do or have part of doing.There are a handful of dentists in the ancaster area that won’t scam you out of $300I hope reading this review has helped you get a better understanding of how they treat customer here.

Very fair dentist and the receptionist is super kind and helpful.

Dr Bensimon is a pro and is very honest with his patience. He does good thorough work and takes pride in his work. The hygienists are great and I can always have a good laugh with the girls at the front in reception. A warm friendly bunch.

By far the best dental office i have ever been to! The staff are so welcoming and kind! They do everything they can do make you feel comfortable and support you in getting your teeth to a healthy state :) i would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience for a person who doesn't like dental visits. From start to finish, the staff were great to deal with. I will definitely be returning soon for my next follow-up app't. With my whole family going here and not having one bad experience I'm not sure where some of the negative reviews have come from.

Just wanted to post this note after seeing a few negative reviews, which to be honest surprised me. I found everyone at the office to be super friendly and Dr. Jeffrey really knows his stuff; gives painless injections, is able to reconstruct whole teeth seemingly out of nothing, and is very creative. He knows I don't have dental insurance and is very generous with his time and pricing, Try out this dentist and see for yourself, and remember that online reviews can be very misleading. Some people ask all their customers or patients to leave favorable reviews, while the ones who don't do this will only get reviews left by rare, unsatisfied customers, which skews the results.
