I'm never leaving for vacation stressed about my pets ever again because of how professionally and caring West Island Cats and Dogs are. Faith and Darian were amazing with both my cats, Gin and Pimm. The detailed journals, photos and the extra effort they went to bond with my girls during my week away were above anything I imagined. The girls were happy I got home but I know they were living it up with me away too! Thank you for the amazing care you do and taking all my stress away within the first journal entry. Will 100% use your service again!!

Not surprised to see a sea of 5 star ratings here; this was our first time using cat-sitting services and we could not have been more satisfied. Impeccable communication with them, they're thorough but easy to set up, and Alice L. was beyond amazing at taking care of our cat and our flat. Highly recommended!

I recently used West Island Cats and Dogs to take care of my dog and home while I was on vacation. I can confidently say that I was impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dog sitting company.From the moment I contacted the company, the communication was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable leaving my dog and home in their care.When I returned from my vacation, I found my home in the same condition as I left it. The company had taken excellent care of my dog while I was away. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had gone above and beyond to ensure my dog was happy and comfortable, including taking him for long walks and spending extra time with him.Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Dan and Samantha (West Island Cats and Dogs). Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for my dog and home put my mind at ease while I was away. Wow! The level of service provided by Emma really was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. This was my first time using a catsitting service for my two cats; I really appreciated the updates provided and looked forward to reading them every day! It was such a relief to know that my kitties were happy and so well cared-for during my time away. I want EVERYONE to know that this service for my cats has been the best thing and what they do has changed my life! Yes dramatic I know but it’s true. The caregivers/animal companions are so professional with all the caring and attention they give. I’ve done a series of overnights, and had one cat who was diabetic; it was stress free travel every time. We know how much we miss our animals while away, so do like I did and get in touch with them right away!And wait until you see the photos and journal uploaded daily! Honestly my cat friends looked like they were having a ball without me, an enriching experience, tons of snuggles and all.Also my place was perfect with no surprises as I’m sure you have all experienced otherwise like dead plants, and a mess to come home to. Awful right? Amazing,trustworthy and highly skilled team, professional service, great and easy to navigate website to manage everything. We left our cat while on a trip and came back to one happy, healthy and pampered fur baby. Alexa is genuinely great. Everything was taken care of as agreed and the job was immaculate. Daily journal with pics that allowed us to enjoy our trip with much needed peace of mind. Our cat forgave us for leaving him behind cause he got to get Alexa’s visits. We even found an amazingly thoughtful gift when we came back, a framed picture of our cat, a toy, a treat and a thoughtful card!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
