My Mom and I are regular customers. Not only do we love the dark chocolate and other goodies, we absolutely adore the staff. Uptown Roger's Chocolates is the greatest!

As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Nicole, who was pleasant, helpful, and courteous.Roger’s has been a staple in Victoria forever and this small shop at the Uptown Mall is a lovely, clean, store, with lots of varieties of chocolate, and also ice cream. I noticed the chocolates come in small decorative tins now, as well as loose-to-choose, and in traditional sized boxes to give as gifts.My daughter purchased some chocolate for friends and I’m sure they’ll enjoy it.The store is located near Walmart, lower level, in the main courtyard.

My mom and grandma got ice cream here which tasted great. However, when I asked to get an empty plastic cup so that we can share the ice cream that we just bought the employee said well no I can’t just give them out. The response seemed rude to me and didn’t make much sense.

I recently went into the Roger's Chocolate store in the Uptown shopping centre. Now, if you've had Roger's Chocolate before, you know it's really good. This being said, the deliciousness of their chocolate is not my reason for writing this review. I am writing this review as a major shout-out to two of their employees, Lynn and Maryanne. These ladies were helpful, kind, cheerful, down-to-earth, professional, and bubbly! Today I went back in and bought more chocolate. I have no doubt that my prompt return was due to such wonderful service!Thank you ladies,Amanda :)

I was excited to visit the Rogers store a few weeks ago and bought lots to bring back to Alberta. They were $3.25 each plus HST. No volume price breaks. However, upon my return to Calgary I found them in Sunterra grocery stores for $2.69 regular price. Felt ripped off by Rogers in Victoria.
