Bright Cheese & Butter

I buy my Bright Cheese from Nicholyn farm store in Springwater. I love it with grapes., and have to hide the package from my little Dachshund Hershey . If it passes his test, it’s good because he is the fussiest dog ever . I can cook him a T-bone steak and he sticks his nose up . He loves the farm store roasts and chicken . There must be something in the store bought for him to not eat . He is the biggest farm store cheese fan . I follow his lead lol

Great to stop in for cheese and dairy products. Their end cuts of cheese (ugly cheese) are still delicious and much less expensive that the full bricks. For added value get a mystery bag with a selection of ugly cheese for even less, but a surprise of what you get. It is all still fabulous and gives you a chance to try a cheese you didn't think of.

Excellent varieties of cheeses. Very generous with the samples. We bought 5 different kinds of cheese here and love everyone of them. We have been here several times and each time the selection and quality have been superior. If you are in the area and like cheese do yourself a favour and stop in.

I have stopped in for the cheese curds twice now — absolutely fantastic! Also, you can buy random ‘cheese ends’ that have been packaged up at a serious discount, that are delicious and come in lots of fun varieties. I hope to visit again and again and again....Nice people working there too.

This place is super old and small time and everything is made on site with local ingredients as far as I know. We drive for miles to get the cheese curds and usually a bunch of random stuff. The selection isn’t always huge varies but the flavor of what they have is always incredible.

Such nice staff! The girls working today were so friendly and kind! I got to try the old cheddar which was delicious, super simple, everything that you want out of a cheese and cracker snack so I ended up buying it. Really great stop along the cheese trail!

Great local cheese. The Old Cheddar is my favourite. The service is friendly and you can not go wrong supporting a local business.

If you're looking for cheese curds look no further! Bright cheese curds are superior in taste to the ones found in the supermarket. Economically priced also.

We love the cheese here, it's always fresh and tasty. The variety is hit and miss though! The cheese curds are the best ever and the 3 year cheddar is great if it's in stock. My family is 8 generations from Scotland and settled in the Bright area, and remember the way things used to be at the cheese factory. The Bright family was always extremely friendly and very welcoming! I feel that the staff now could be and should be way more friendly!! We have been SEVERAL times and have felt this way but never written a review. Today I felt I should in hopes the girls could be trained better in customer service! They are not at all friendly or welcoming. When asked about specific cheese I felt like I was putting them out. I spend on average $100-200 each time I come in and sometimes more. I'm not asking for special treatment just good friendly customer service. I can spend my money somewhere else but I really like Bright cheese!Don't be confused the Bright cheese in Woodstock is not the same!
