This is a good place if you’re looking for used appliances, appliance parts or appliance servicing. Reggie was very helpful in finding a part that I needed for an old stove. I had the part installed and the stove is as good as new :)

My dryer was misdiagnosed by another company and then they wanted to charge me triple what Chad came in to fix it for! Very honest and genuine. Shad came to check a problem with a door switch from our washer. It was not worth it to replace the part, so he just bypass it and it is working fine now. Fast and precise, Thanks!

Incredibly horrible customer service. While in the past I did have a good experience when Reggie ran it no longer. I was strung along for over a week waiting for a fridge to be made ready for sale. I was told on a Thursday that it would be ready the following Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told Thursday. On Friday I was told Saturday. On Saturday I was ghosted. Had Chad been honest with me I could have had a fridge by now. It's not easy to be without a fridge. DO NOT RECOMMEND. He clearly doesn't care about his customers nor his business. I wanted to shop local. I wanted to support small business. He needs to be honest and learn to communicate.

Honest and fair, Reggie took his time and made sure i got what i needed and that it was working in perfect order. Even replaced a few parts to make sure my dryer would last. Very happy with the level and quality of the service and my used dryer.

I've used Reggie's Queen East Appliance Centre for years. They have serviced washers/dryers/fridges/ovens for our office as well as a rental property. Chad is great. Quick, efficient and gets the job done every time. If an appliance has reached the end of it's life - Chad tells you. You won't waste your money trying to fix something that is just not worth it any longer. Great to have a local business that you can rely on!

Reggie and his team are awesome. They are reliable and fast. My washer was leaking from the bottom, he came promptly with his repair guy. I had it looked at by another repairman who said I had to replace the unit, which is a washer dryer combo. Reggie's guy had it fixed in less than 3 hours. I recommend these guys for any appliance needs whether replacing or repairs. If their repair doesn't work, you don't pay. Who else is like that? Very friendly and reliable.
