Mo made my purchase so easy and ensured that I was taken care of. Mo was not only able to provide great service but, was very caring during the whole process and supportive. I have purchased over 20 vehicles and by far, this was the best experience yet! 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone. The manager was amazing, friendly and caring as well.

I dealt with Austin and Chelsea and they were fantastic! From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. I’ve bought many new vehicles and have never had such an amazing experience. There was no pushy car salesperson vibes from them and they worked with me no matter how needy I was and custom ordered my dream truck which arrived well before expected arrival. They gave me great money for my trade in as well, which was just the cherry on top. Chris - Sorry for the late review... We were so please with Chris Chan and the staff at Leavens Chrysler. We lost our previous truck to a deer hit prior to leaving for a trip to the USA. Chris was so accommodating in helping us get all the information remotely and even sending us a thorough video walk-around of the truck while we were away. We Wanted a Silverado and never did anyone try to upsell us or try to stray us away from the off brand truck we wanted. We will definitely reach out to Chris and his team again in the future when the time comes for another vehicle.Thanks again Chris, you exceeded our expectations.

This is very unfortunate as I sincerely thought that I could trust these guys as I had for many years. My story begins with the front air ride suspension in my Ram truck not holding air. I took it into their shop for a diagnosis. They told me in writing that it required a new compressor and both rear air bags. The total would be over 7 grand. Yes you read that correctly. I questioned why the rears needed replacing, when the front was obviously the issue. They told me that the system was all integrated and that the rear was certainly the problem. So I paid the $200 for their diagnostic, and promptly took it to another shop for a second opinion. That shop came back with a $1500 quote to fix the problem. Just a front air bag. No compressor and certainly not the rears. So I paid them to fix it. 2 months later it is still working perfectly. So it’s painfully obvious that Leaven’s was either brutally incompetent, or purposefully trying to sell me parts and services that I didn’t need. Further to that the sales department actually followed up with me to try to sell me a new truck! So I on the surface it seems like they quoted a repair price that I wouldn’t pay, hoping it would result in a new truck sale. I’ve spent the last few months sitting on this information, but I just can’t live with myself if I didn’t tell my story. Really sad as I previously really trusted these guys. What a shame.

It feels weird to be leaving a review when I didn't buy a vehicle, but I feel like good service should be acknowledged.I had a unique situation when I visited Leavens Chrysler this week. I purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic in March of this year from Elgin Chrysler in St Thomas. Little did I know that the vehicle I bought would have two major mechanical failures within the first few months and less than 6k km of ownership. First, my power steering failed while I was driving, nearly causing an accident, and second, only a month later, my differential failed because it didn't have any oil in it. After a bad experience dealing with Elgin Chrysler in the wake of the repairs, I was looking to take my business to a new dealership, ideally to replace my current truck, which I have obviously lost confidence in.I found Leavens and got in contact with Kaleb, who, after I explained my situation, walked me through multiple options to see if there was anything that would work for me.When we found a potential truck, both Kaleb and his manager, Nazir, went above and beyond to try and bring the price down as far as they could to offset the money I would lose on my trade in for my 2022 Ram.While I, personally, couldn't quite accept their very generous offer due to the large chunk of money I'd lose on the trade in (of no fault of theirs), what really stood out was their professionalism and willingness to truly work with me. My issues with Elgin Chrysler didn't need to be taken into consideration in our negotiations, but Leavens went above and beyond in trying to turn my bad situation into a good one.As it stands, it seems like I'm going to have to roll the dice on my current truck and wait a couple years before I make a trade, but when the time comes to make the switch, I'll be coming to Leavens first.Thanks again to the team for their help and time dedicated to putting a deal together, and I look forward to actually closing on a truck next time.

I would like to highlight Kaleb Sawatzky for going above and beyond to find me my perfect vehicle. As a busy professional myself, I did not have a lot of time to explore the bells and whistles of each make and model, nor the time to test drive many. I gave kaleb my top 3 wants in a vehicle and left it in his hands to find me something. He went above and beyond to find me the perfect jeep truck. I couldn't be happier with my new gladiator, and he carved out a bunch of time to ensure I knew how every button, switch and light worked. He is a true professional with exceptional service and I cannot recommend him enough. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my vehicle needs. He also followed up a few days after I got the keys, to be sure I was happy with the vehicle and personally helped me install my soft top (thank goodness because I had NO idea what I was doing)! If I had to give him a rating between 0-5 stars, I would give him a 10. A huge thanks to Keyfob Kaleb!!!

Excellent experience with Leaven’s Chrysler this past week. Started with Bailey inn service that helped me get into a loaner right away when another dealership said no. That continued on to Kaleb in sales that got me into a perfect new vehicle. From start to finish all staff that I interacted with with friendly and I couldn’t ask for better service. Will definitely recommend anyone to go here for either service or sales. A+
