best way to improve this park get a new owner that doesn't take advantage of people.i myself am a 22 year old who knew nothing about my rights. i quickly learned after living  here from August to December that i needed to know my rights. The landlords boyfriend would enter our home when no one was there but my brother with autism her boyfriend  spoke rudely to my brother. my brother  who was terrified as her boyfriend entered the place without permission  and my brother didn't know what to do. my dog feed of my brothers   fear and made a mess on the floor in the hallway. which after this the boyfriend yelled at me for!the landlord also raised our rent 100$ in 2 months which is not allowed but us being the kind people we are we gave her the extra 100$ for the last 2 months.our heat source was electric heaters as she 'couldnt" get  us a working furnace we were at the point in seeing our breath inside the home it was extremely cold in there. we had our grandmother living with us and shes 60 she fell ill with this cold and had to move nextdoor with our neighbor.the landlord also made a deal that we fix the floor and a wall and she would pay us 300$ for doing it. we fixed them and never seen a dime from her. She judged the licensed carpenter because he had a speech inpetament. She thinks hes a drunk because of the way he talks.this was only a few things that happened to us in our short stay here at the park.i strongly advice not living here with is  owner stil being Cathrine. other than that the park is great!I left out alot like ill just add some more hereWe had a meeting in one of the residences homes to talk about an accusation. The landlord was told we had moved in 2 teenagers a 2year old and a 5 month old baby for 3 weeks. Our place was a 2 bedroom mobile home which had myself my husband and our grandmother living there! We had no room to have them live with us! Did they stay for 3 days? Yes!Did they drop off a box of kids toys ?Yes of course so the kids had something to do while they were there.Were they living with us ? No unless you count 3 days as living with us.She not only accused us of this but she hounded us she was yelling and screaming at my grandmother calling her a fu**ing lier to shut her mouth and not say another word.She also called me a lier my response was get me a lie detector ill do it right infont of you. Her response was i am a lie detector! She was very loud and aggressive i started to cry and i said stop im not mentally stable for you to keep yelling at me. And all she said was stop i don't want to here it!She was so mean to us i fell really ill with mental health issues i couldn't go to work because of all the stuff she was doing!(Having people snoop around our home when we weren't there) ( entering our home without notice). She was constantly harrassing us by text messages or calls. Well i couldn't take anymore i had a close suicide attempt thankfully my husband knew i was having a bad day and he was close enough to me that i failed at my attempt. But it didn't solve my problem because she was still there bugging us. Well i got worse my selfharm was so bad i was admitted to the hospital. On December 4th i had another close  suicide attempt at this point we gave her 30 days notice i was going home to mom!She wouldn't accept our 30 days notice so things got worse december 4th was a really rough day for us i was admitted to the hospital with suicide thoughts and a plan to act out! I couldn't control my thoughts or my actions at this point i was a threat to the landlord and myself. So i was admitted. My husband and mom had enough so they moved us out of the house that weekend. We didn't give the keys back till the 12th of December which we shouldnt have as we paid last months rent! Which she held and wont pay back.Moral of my story is watch the people around you and dont let them take away your rights. My rights were broken and my trust as well. Be careful and dont rent from here!"

Really nice vibe, friendly people, well maintained, beautiful property with a nicely trimmed meadow hidden behind the homes. Owner is reasonable and understanding.

It's a place to live.

We’ve lived at Perth Village for 7 years. We’ve had 3 owners since I’ve been here. The new owner has done lots to improve the park. She’s very kind friendly. She’s cleaned up the park in every way and now we have a quiet park with good neighbours. It’s beautiful, peaceful and so close to Perth! We plan to be here for the rest of our lives.Don’t believe the review from the other tenant. She, her husband and 2 dogs lived with us for a while and it was a nightmare. The only true thing she says in her review is about her mental health issues. I hope she’s getting the help she needs.

Love it. That is only because I have the best roommate ever.
