Seriously Uhaul kick this location out. The people who people operate this place are super rude. They have no customer service skills.

I didn't have any problems dealing with the owner for my uhaul. He seems to know what he's doing just fine. Maybe others can't get past the thick Cantonese accent?

Worst customer service, lady sent me to some bottle depot 3kms away coz her pc froze or something. The guy there at bottle depot yelled at me just because he didn't understand English.......FOR GOD SAKE DON'T RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION. KOREANS RUN THIS PLACE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

Rented a trailer from this place! Very nice people! Very easy to deal with!

Great place to do business..

Absolutely the worst experience ever...reserved truck online and showed up to get truck...input all information online...secured a contract and went to get the key...they would not give me the key...saving the truck for someone they know I guess... I then had to phone U-Haul to reverse charges on my credit card...they said I should have been given the vehicle...

came in to swap a broken trailer, should only take 5 minutes. the salesman for the trailer was only worried about his comission and tried to charge me again! couldn't understand a word he said. after going back and forth with this dude and having uhaul corporate call the guy and having his manager call him multiple times to tell him to just give me the trailer so he concedes... only when his boss after an hour of phone tag told him to give me the trailer. he then laughs and starts complaining about his comission and how he's going to get paid. the entire time my son is in this dilapidated shack of a grocery store with me, bored out of his mind, so my son picks up a can of soup and reads it, the customer service king yells at my son no you put that down!"... I have been renting from uhaul for several years and never have a problem. great company! but this guy at this location is a certainly not fit for a customer service position. he should be a box boy."

This location is an absolute joke! They should not be a u-haul drop off location. Took my trailer back one day early (on a Friday) and got charged for being late because it wasn't processed until Monday. Can't get hold of anyone who speaks English to get any satisfaction. Emails have been ignored. This location is ripping people off!!! I don't know if u-haul oversees their locations but this one needs to be pulled. Horrible! Hate that I even have to give it one star.

This place was a joke, sent here at the last minute as my preferred location didn't have any trailers available. Had to drive an hour out of my way, only to find the guy who processed anything was another 5 minute drive away at some bottle depot. Ended up having to show the guy how to use the uhaul system. Then the guy was only accepting cash, no credit or debit. And finally had to drive back to get the trail, with no help to hook up to our vehicle. WORST UHAUL DEALER EVER. Really enjoy the piss filled Gatorade bottles on the shelf.

Guy was horrible to deal with and had a lot of attitude. Didn't understand anything and was a complete displeasure to deal with.
