Jay's Glass (Foggy/broken Windows Glass Replacement)

My glass sidelight for our front door was broken by one of my kids and I was able to order a piece of replacement glass that matched perfectly from the door manufacturer. Jon and his team were amazing they took my emergency as their own. I had 8 foggy windows in my house I was desperately looking to change my glass only , all the companies I called recommended to change my windows entirely then I got Jay’s glass number from my co worker. Jon came to measure my window glass panes the same day I called since it was and urgent situation and they manufactured thermal low e glass units before I put my house on sale. They rushed it for me and got everything ready in less than 5 days. The price was beyond fair and service was amazing they work really clean. 100% recomendado y el servicio es 10/10!!!

Jay Glass has just completed replacing 52 window glass inserts for our house. John came quickly after my initial call and provided me an estimate with a reasonable price and a quick schedule. The job went smoothly as planned. There were some small hiccups (it's a fairly big job), which John had well taken care of for us. John cared about the client and got the job well done within reasonable times and a fair price. Something very hard to find these days. I would not hesitate recommending Jay Glass to anyone who needs good quality window glass replacement.

Since the moment I reached out to Jay’s Glass for an estimate Jay was pleasant, courteous and helpful. He explained the price and the length of time the order was going to take. Jay was punctual the two times that he came to work on the window. I am particularly grateful for his flexibility to receive several types of payment. Although e-transfers are encouraged, when I insisted on a credit card option he was happy to accommodate my request. I appreciate that his work comes with a two year warranty as a standard. Finally, no, I’m not related to Jay. He has not paid me for this review nor I have met Jay before this occasion, but I am happy to recommend his services based on my experience.

Jon and Diego replaced two glass panes in our large wood framed windows, one of which the thermal seal had broken and the glass had fogged. Both frames had some rot that proved to complicate the glass install. Thinking out-of-the-box they repaired the frames so that the glass could be installed. They spent far longer on the job than what was originally anticipated. Jon honoured his original quote, in fact insisted on it. I cannot say enough good things about Jon and Diego , they worked quickly, competently, were on time, and communication with us was top-notch.
