The Wine Cellar Ingersoll

Very cute shop. A wide variety of cheese and other things that go well with it. We ordered a small cheese tray and were very happy with our purchase.

From the moment I walked in the front door to the moment I left I felt like a welcomed guest. The ladies (I wish I remembered their names) were informative, fun and seem to really love what they do. Wish I lived closer! I would definitely be a regular!!

Best place to make wine. Great team of people to assist. Also a great little meat and cheese counter.

Ordered my first wine. I want say made because the store makes the wine you Only bottle it.I ordered an 8 week wine Premiere South African Sauvignon Blanc, I was told I could drink it right away. Turns out you need to leave it Age for 6 months after you bottle it too for 6 months so you can taste the flavours the wine in known for. I was told I could drink it right away, it only get better as it aged. Sure drink it right away if you like very acidic taste and alcohol but if you choose it for its flavour let it age.Nor was I told that the sweetness could be adjusted with conditioners just before it was bottled after you tasted it. She had me bottle everything except the little bit that was left and than she suggested After everything’s was bottled yo taste it.I nearly poured the wind down the drain, because it’s So bad without aging it. I called and emailed but received no response from.I now order my wine from another wine maker Who explains things to me

The owner Annelies was so knowledgeable and friendly. There is so much more than make your own wine here. (Pricing on that is great too though) She has a wise variety of unique cheeses not sold in other stores and I sampled a few. They were delicious so of course I had to buy them. She also has artisan style crackers and a wide assortment of pepper jellies! I will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful store with truly unique cheeses and charcuterie. If you're seeking something special for hosting or just treating yourself to a nice evening in, they will have you covered. Oh, and then there's wine! A friend and I had a great visit to bottle our batches. I can't wait to try my Chilean Malbec this winter!

This is a fantastic place! I have been to the shop many times, for my personal / families enjoyment of her tasty cheeses. I have had the pleasure of having Annalise and team come into our office and prepare charcuterie boards for 200+ people. Her and her team from the Wine Cellar were incredibly professional and the charcuterie was unmatched anywhere! Well done, must see and eat!

We went for a drive today with one of our stops being this little place. We should have ordered the Noche Box ahead of our arrival, sold out. Next timeWalked in and they had a 5ft charcuterie order prepared for a customer it looked Divine.The great selection of cheeses and cured meats. Wish they had samples of the wine they make with the wine kits they sell. Might ordered.Worth the stop

The Wine Cellar has an excellent selection of wine & cheeses. They prepared a beautiful charcuterie board for my wedding this past weekend and the guests couldn’t stop raving about it. They dropped it off in my kitchen right as the ceremony was starting so we could eat as soon as it was over. They were easy to communicate with and overall made this part of the day perfect!!
