Horrible customer service. I was the only person in the store and the guy working there would not give me the time of day because I wasn’t that knowledgeable on running shoes. Heaven forbid I trust the “experts” for some guidance. Won’t be going back any time soon.

This is the most unfriendly running room that I have ever visited. Not sure if the man who works there is the owner or manager but he needs to be more friendly and approachable. Went to get suggestions and he said it’s better to stick with what I’m used to. Not very helpful at all. My last visit here. I will order online from now on

The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I was having a lot of ankle pain after running and they helped me find a great pair of shoes that immediately felt better, no issues with my ankles since I saw them.
