I need to thank Bobbi and the staff at Beaie-Comeau Polaris for working into evening to fix my sled. Riding to north shore from Maine and when we got off ferry from Matane thermostat failed closed and immediately overheat shutdown. Staff worked into evening.....had sled back on trail start of next day. Thanks alot for your extraordinary efforts. Best regards.HerbPennsylvaniaUSA

We where on our annual Optimist ride for kids with 42 riders. One of the riders hit a rock and took out the left front suspension of his machine. The staff and service department bent over backwards to get our rider back up and running in 2 hours. This was on the first day of a 6 day tour. Thanks Baie-Comeau Motorsports you are top notch in our books.

Very patient with my limited French. They didn't have the part I needed, but took the time to help me find someone nearby who did.Très patient avec mon français limité. Ils n'avaient pas la pièce dont j'avais besoin, mais ils ont pris le temps pour m'aider à trouver quelqu'un à proximité qui l'avait.
