I emailed them to ask whether rock wool could be placed directly against an wood exterior wall. They directed me to talk to a contractor or consultant saying they didn't have enough information.I provided them with detailed photos and the sequence of materials I had planned to use. They should have been able to answer this question because it's their own product and best answered by their building science people.Perhaps busy marketing it everywhere and aren't equipped for these kinds of questions.
