This is the worst shoppers drug mart in the area. Everyone in the cosmetic section is so rude and stingy. The lady that was working tonight was complaining that she’s tired and kept cutting me off while I was asking questions and she even pulled the bag out of my hand after I paid for it. I am a regular who purchases skin care from here and they never give out any gift with purchase and they are never helpful in any way. The other shoppers on Weber street are so generous and they value my business. I will spread the word and will never be shopping here again. I will be calling head office to complain about this location tomorrow

I went to Shoppers to fill my prescription this afternoon. I was told it would be an hour so I left and came back. Got the run around by the staff for another hour. When I finally asked for an update they said they didn’t have one of my two meds in stock - 2.5 hours later! I took my scripts and left. Save yourself a headache and go down the street to the Boardwalk Pharmacy.

On this seniors day, I came with my mother to the store to get some groceries at night. There was a cashier, I think her name was either jaspreet or jasmanpreet? She was really polite while helping us with our transaction. I liked her cheerful attitude towards us. That is really good to know that this location has such helpful staff. I have been to this location multiple times and everyone is really happy to help us. Would definitely shop here again! :)

As I was shopping in the makeup department two ladies came running my way asking in an aggressive manner how they can help. They are suspicious of everyone stealing. I understand it is happening more often lately but I felt degraded especially the way I was approached. They are unhelpful and just stand around chatting most of the time.

I highly do not recommend to use Shoppers Drug Mart for making passport photo as I had terrible experience once I did it there. The service is not customer-oriented at all, as just for 2 additional clicks to download 2 images on a USB driver, we need to pay 70 extra dollars (what is this type of hypocrisy?). In addition, the service provider is extremely outdated, as they cannot even send me an email with my photos in 2023!!! Instead they gave me 2 USB drivers (Is this really environmentally-friendly?). An absolute shame for this particular store chain, will never visit them again.

Visited this Shoppers Drug Mart branch today and as always Klaus provided us with the best service! If you are looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond for customers he is it! Thank you Klaus for your excellent service and care, my husband and I always shop at Erb and Ira location just because of your excellent and sincere personality :)

Louise the beauty specialist was amazing help this evening! She was super knowledgeable about the fragrances my partner and I were looking at. She was super friendly, personable, patient and funny. She really took her time in helping us figure out the perfect fragrance! Thanks again Lousie! Great customer service :)
