Waitress and wait staff were very friendly and fast. Spoke English and was very polite. Food was great! Overall great experience. Highly recommended!

I go with my mom, and we devore two racks of rib, and we fall asleep on the couch when we get home. Best time ever... and dont forget to get dessert....

The prices are a bit higher than Swiss Chalet but the portions are bigger and tastier. I wish they could bring this place back to Ontario! Service was great and food came out quickly. Quarter chicken dinner comes with a huge portion of coleslaw, which is very tasty.

Food was really good but pricey. I didn't like they didn't allow me to take the leftover, then, I had ice cream for dessert and instead of teaspoons they brought me forks. It might be a tradition or so but how you're supposed to eat something that melts with forks, common sense, right?Bathrooms were very nice and clean.

Food was ok, good serving portion. Staff is very friendly even we don't speak French and the waitress didn’t speak English, she tried hard to make us feel satisfied with the service. Definitely a must to go when visiting Quebec City in Canada.

Food was made fresh very tasty. From the time we arrived until we left service was great, friendly and helpful.Main meal was great and dessert was so good.

It was a really good experience. I thought it was gonna be worst because its a franchise restaurant but it was pretty good. Of course there isnt many choices in cocktails or in the menu for a restaurant chain but they are all pretty good. We are gonna come back for sure.
