Ajax North Pet Hospital

I drove around with my poor pup who was injured to 8 clinics who turned us away. I showed up at Ajax North Pet Hospital and they took us in almost right away. Since then, they have been providing care for him, and he will be having his ACL surgery Friday.We couldn’t be more thankful for doctor Diana & her Team at Ajax North Pet Hospital.

My dog woke up with a swollen face and itchy body and was freaking out, which made me freak out and panic naturally! After calling numerous animal hospitals and having no luck in getting any help without an appt. My husband called Ajax North Pet Hospital and they were willing to squeeze her in between appt right away! The staff are so kind, caring and helpful and you can tell they really care about animals. They were able to help her feel better, and gave her something to help for the next couple days as we monitor her. I could not be more grateful for Ajax North Pet Hospital for being there for my baby. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

My dog needed urgent care and after calling around to about 10 different vets, nobody was able to take him in until I contacted Ajax North Pet Hospital, who was able to accommodate him even with an already busy schedule. Dr. Diana was extremely thorough in her assessment with great recommendations with respect to treatment and showed a level of care that I don't usually see with the Vets I have been in contact with (perhaps just bad luck!). Even with the busy environment, all staff remained calm and collected and took the time needed to do things properly.Thank you team!

This is the WORST clinic. My dog had been going here since the previous owner, who was kind and accommodating. Today I called for an emergency as my dog has blood in his stool. I live downtown and the rude girl on the phone refused to give me an appointment at the time I needed. Prior to this I was taking my dog to the Bahamas I made a health check appointment 3 months in advance and this awful clinic cancelled 3 days prior to our departure. If you love your animal do NOT take them here

Dr. Diana and all the staff are extremely caring, friendly and genuine. Unlike most vets that we've been to, they never push services that are unnecessary. They offer information as to what the testing or treatment is for and make recommendations about what they feel is important for out pet. Their prices are more than fair...and actually the best I've seen. Thank-you for caring North Ajax Pet Hospital! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

I had the best experience at Ajax North Pet Hospital ! It was our first appointment and all of the staff was great. We were well taken care of and the prices are very reasonable. Not only is everyone super knowledgeable but everyone truly cares about the animals & only offers what you really need. Nothing is pushed on you and everyone is extremely kind. Can’t wait to bring my dog back in a month for his next booster!

Took my 8 month old, Gryffin here for a last minute appointment. So friendly, seen pretty much right away, was to the point, knowledgeable and amazing with him (and us) in and out - problem solved! Very great place. Will defiantly use again!

Dr. Diana is friendly and so caring. Made Mila my new dog feel comfortable. friendly staff and so welcoming.

Best vet I’ve been to yet! Very friendly staff. One of the veterinarians (Dianna) is so good with our pup. Never have any issues with the vaccines when she does them. Very knowledgeable as well. And a nice little perk with your first visit is you get an info package with lots of helpful information, a coupon book for hills advantage premium vet-only food (first bag is free!) and also a 1 month free trial of pet insurance! Highly recommend this vet!
