Being a member for Sentinel for few years, I had the opportunity to not only learn from the best, but gain experience and make connections while working in various high class, top of the industry clients.

If I could give 0 I would wasted my day I was there on time at 3pm for interview. If it was by walk in your company should have mention before.It's really disrespectful very disappointed and very unprofessional whoever was managing the interview. Can't do 50 people all in one time and calling the person who was before me get call first !! and people like me waiting for nothing wasting my time coming 1 hour driving and more then 1 hour waiting for such unprofessional company ever seen my life.I will never recommend this company and never able to join this company who have no respect for our time such a an organized company I ever seen .

I have been in business with Sentinel almost 9months now. From day one I felt like there was something special about the brand. I have grown so much internally and this is because of all the high quality guards I work with. The pay is above standard and the opportunities are truly in your control. If you enjoy going to different places and meeting people that are positive members of society this might be exactly what you need to experience.

Please have your night and day shift be accountable to one another, particularly when running security for health situations my fiance and I were waiting for our vaccine dose listened to staff on site and when the line skipped a portion came back and said that we would be given a card as long as we had proof of our time attended approximately 150 people were missed and then night shift left the site when attempting to discuss with day shift supervisor I was told that they could not comment on that individuals actions. This occured at 45 overlea blvd between the times of 6:33 am and 8:15 am on 19Jul2021. That being said the security was amazingly organized the first time at that location back on apr242021.

I have attended many events and visited multiple venues across Toronto over the last few years that use Sentinel as their primary security and their team is always incredibly professional and they add an extra level of safety to the experience. In the past I'd say security teams don't typically stand out in my mind but this team does. You can tell that they are protecting the venue AND the patrons/guests and have an eye on everything that is happening (and about to happen). With so many awful things happening in the city lately I am relieved and relaxed when I attend an event and see that the Sentinel team is there.

Very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the staff at a recent event. Amazing customer service from the team and would definitely recommend them for any security needs.

They are the only company I use! The Sentinel management team is super reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to advising us on our larger scale events. Keep up the good work guys :)
