I brought in a tire from somewhere else I thought was broken. The guys at giant were unbelievable. I’m losing my mind because it’s not my tire. They took it back, found out it was not broken and treated me with the utmost respect and time, even though they are booked for atleast a month. My next bike is a giant from this shop. I was seriously ready to pay anything to have it dealt with same day. This kind of care and humanity is rare. Thank you to the staff you are amazing!!!

Went in randomly to check on new bikes available. The staff there (I didn’t get his name) was incredibly helpful answering my many questions and letting me try a few Liv bikes that I was thinking of getting. Def know where I’m getting a bike next!

I bought my bike from another location and didn't seem to work quite right from the start. Shortly after buying it noticed gears skipping. Brought it into queen street location to get serviced and its working the best it ever has!!!! Few hundred kms since repair and still running smooth. Highly recommend. My next bike will be bought at queen

Everyone there is very friendly and informative. The store dogs are super cute, the guy who works in the back was just as cute too. They got my bike up and running in seconds. Recommend for anyone with bike needs in Queen W.

Disappointing experience. They asked me to BUY a bike BEFORE taking it for a test ride. It doesn’t work like that. That’s a scam. I took my business elsewhere and Giant lost out on an expensive bike sale.

I bought my bike from this store. The staff and the owner, are very professional, knowledgeable and helpfull. It is a great store, they were really accommodating, had a lot of patience for all my questions and helped me make right choice. I was not rushed, given facts and lots of time. Definitely recommend.

I recently picked up my Fathom 2 from Giant Toronto and it was great! Chris and Will are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the bike. Even though this location is quite far from me, I’ll probably be ordering the next bike from here in the future, it’s well worth the drive to know that your bike is assembled correctly.I’ve spent some time on the bike since picking it up and I’m very happy with it, thanks Chris and Will!
