I had an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon. I lost the keys to my work trailer and had a job to get to. I called mike and within 30 minuets he was at my home and got me into my trailer in no time. Thankyou so much Mike you absolutely saved the day!! Very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Avoid doing business with this company at all cost! I hired them to install a lock for me. Upon completion of the work I offered to pay Jerry on the spot but he preferred to send me a bill. He then promptly lost my contact information. Instead of returning to my home to deliver his bill or try to reach me another way he sent it to a collection agency! Horribly unprofessional. There are many other locksmiths around. You'll be better off using one of them!

I contacted Alex Lock and Key to have a deadbolt installed in my garage door. He showed up right on time at 5:00pm (after I was off of work) to install and re-key. Really a competent and friendly guy!! I was amazed at the quality of service, and pricing seemed right on for the job. He cleaned up the mess when he was finished, and I even learned a thing or two along the way. Would definitely use them again next time!

Alex lock and key is been always a very good source and good help kind considerate and easy to deal with! I recently had Cody come out and give me a hand with a vehicle that I had ignition issues with he was a very friendly helping person deal with! Thanks again!

Excellent service! Came out on a Sunday in under 30 min to open my car that the keys were locked in. Very fast and affordable service, especially compared to other companies in the area!
