Great place with above average knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive for the local area but way over priced in comparison to other areas. Was going to give four stars but they recently made a generous donation to our charity that we really appreciated.

I know that they have a great selection and great quality, but the customer service I received was awful. I phoned with a basic question of whether it would be possible to provide a list for a large order (50 plus trees and shrubs for a landscaping project) and do curbside pick up, rather than going to the farm and choosing all the plants individually. The woman I spoke to treated me like I had asked the most ridiculous question. She said that most people come to pick their own plants/trees (even though they advertise curbside pickup on their website) and that their email was down so she couldn't really help me with the request anyway. She was a zero on the scale of helpfulness and politeness. I phoned another nursery and the woman I spoke to was incredibly helpful.

Every time we have been there the staff has been so lovely and helpful. They are always offering assistance and suggestions which shows how well they know their stuff! The selection varies throughout the season, as you would expect, but we always manage to leave with some gems every time.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have never been to a tree farm before. The lot is huge and I was lost. I approached the first girl in the greenhouse and she clearly was not taking me to the tree. She wrote down numbers and letters for me to find the tree. I approached a second girl. I asked her to please help me because I had no clue where I was going. She also did not help me to find the tree. They said you got this. Clearly I did not have this". I spotted a gentleman and I explained what was going on. He apologized on behalf of the two girls and proceeded to take me to the tree. It was all the way at the end of the lot. I would never have found it. Thank God for Andrew. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The gentlemen who delivered our tree were also very pleasant and helpful."

We had a tree planting ceremony for our wedding. Maidstone Tree Farm helped us find the perfect tree, when we couldn't find one anywhere else, in the off season. We are so thankful for their kindness and willingness to help! Our tree has grown so much since the wedding and we can't wait to continue to watch it grow.They are very knowledgeable about all their plants. I would recommend them for any gardening or planting needs you may have!Thank you again Maidstone Tree Farm for helping make our day special!
