I don't know much about this dealers handling of those purchasing cars but my experience as a business owner contacting their organization was less than acceptable. I sent an email on behalf of my company for an extended test drive opportunity. In total I sent 3 emails to this dealership and never received a single reply. Even if they did not wish to participate, courtesy would have dictated a quick email. I'm sure if I was emailing about purchasing a vehicle I would have received a reply immediately. Overall I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism especially since I am a GM customer. Hopefully they treat their regular customers better.

This dealership is what of the best place for service and the people that work there are the best.

Called to check and book appointment for transmission flush and service told me it's $179.00 plus tax. but they said they will call later to see if there was an open slot. Did not get a call back so called again and spoke to someone else in Service and confirmed time and price again at $179.00 plus tax.When I go there the service guy tells me that I got the wrong info from both the service reps and its $329.95 plus tax. I had agreed to 179 and that's why I booked the appointment. It came as a big surprise to me when I was told it's 329 but since I was already there I had no choice but to get it done. This just sounds like a big scam as the first rep also asked me the VIN no. so they definately knew which car and model it was. Never going back to this dealership. Extremely disappointed.
