Seafood City Supermarket

Interesting items sold here. They have like a indoor fish on ice market.Have not tried the food court yet but there's a wide selection.Price tag is on the higher side than most Asian markets in the city.

We bought some kankanin last night. Never tried it before but it was all sitting out at a table, and the container did not say to refrigerate. 24 hours later and went to eat the rest and there are big spots of mold all over it! Maybe our bad for not refrigerating but the item was not found refrigerated, was not in an airtight container and did not say to refrigerate. I took a bite before I realized too!We also had some food from the food court and it was quite greasy. Our toddler was throwing up later (and he had not had any kankanin) but this could have been a coincidence.The fish looked very fresh though.

An awesome Filipino centric supermarket that also offers hot food, deserts and drinks. Reasonable pricing. They are the only spot I'm aware of that has a foot long turon for a good price of $4.50. they have a lot of fried food options here. The supermarket overall is very clean with a good diverse selection of products. Would come here again to try more ready made food.

Nice supermarket with lots selection of Filipino food and goodies. Their food court is must try as well. But the food court are always sold out of certain items and the replace speed is so slow. Very disappointed. Some items can be found in other supermarket as well so not worth to drive far and shop here.

Whenever I'm in Calgary, my go-to place is Seafood City. They serve the most delicious Stuffed Squid BBQ and pork BBQ that I absolutely love. If you're craving a unique Filipino twist on pork, seafood, and fish BBQ, Seafood City is a must-try destination.

I like going to this place because they have most of the Filipino good that I need. It's easy to navigate your way around and their food court is amazing. It can get a bit crowded on weekends, but it's tolerable.

Most popular supermart if you're looking for mostly Filipino products that can sometimes be hard to find in Calgary. Also they have a very good grilled meat section that serve traditional inasas chicken, fish, skewered pork, etc and various precooked meals to go.

Good food and products in the grocery area, some staff just doesn’t have the “Filipino hospitality” I expected (some were snippy instead of being helpful) other than that nice place to buy Filipino stuff.

This Filipino Grocery Store is an awesome addition to Calgary.The grocery section is always well stocked with the most extensive of Filipino dried, canned and frozen food items. They have a huge fresh meat and seafood section along with a section that’s dedicated to offering a wide array of fresh Asian vegetables and fruits.Housed in the same building are 3 food outlets that serve the most authentic of Filipino dishes. My favourites amongst them are Grill City and Crispy Town. Grill City serves one of the best pork and chicken BBQ on skewers in the city. Their grilled seafood items are not to be missed either. Crispy Town serves mouthwatering Crispy Roast Pork Belly and Deep Fried Pork Hock or Crispy Pata and other fried meat items. They also carry the best Turon or Deep Fried Banana Lumpia - basically a dessert egg roll with banana and sugar filling and the outer layer is coated with caramelized brown sugar.
