Rayleigh Liquor Store

This place has amazingly friendly happy staff. The food is really really good and very well priced. I have been coming to this establishment for a very long time as I travel back n forth. It only gets better never worse.Hope you all enjoy this place as much as I do.

Only open Friday to Sunday. Called, asked if the restaurant was open, was told yes, but when we got there was told we had to sit in the pub. (Good thing we did not have children with us) The menu has change significantly, only pizza's, donairs, and chicken strips with fries. A few other options, but not many. We had pizza and chicken wings. Very good.

Trying the Shani Paneer Pizza. It's really really good. Can't wait to try the donair.

Awesome location ~ service ~ food menu is not huge but it works I was there early on the day and tried their breakfast combo it’s just perfect and please don’t miss out on their freshly brewed coffee

Liquor store is still there but the Family Restaurant has been Closed for over a year. The Pub, although it had great food last summer done by a great Chef named Jason, has been Closed since New Years Day 2022, except for a brief one month reopening in April-May. The locals want a Family Restaurant with Take Out, not a Pub, but the distant non-resident owner-landlord does not appears to be listening to what the villagers want.

I am not one to post negative reviews but I feel that we were mislead by the high ratings currently on Google. This restaurant is under new management/owners. Did not serve what we ordered and refused to compensate us for their mistake. The deep fryer oil needs replacing as all fried food tasted burnt. The waitress was great but clearly overworked. I really like old school pubs but the ambiance of this place needs some serious updating! Tattered flags on the patio and run down tables with the inside alternative offering darkness. Not sure about the local by-laws but smoking seemed to allowed on the patio. This pub is now a definite pass by and keep on going.

Excellent food... abysmal service - This place has recently changed owners and the service is non-existent. Stopped in for a meal on the way back from the beach and after ten minutes, we finally had to interrupt people in the kitchen to ask for menus and some service. My friend's dinner wasn't to her liking and she sent it back, but the waitress wasn't going to do that gracefully. She was nasty. Well
